HaiDiLao Hotpot West Broadway

Haidilao on West Broadway is always such a great experience. Service is consistently excellent — the team is fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We ordered 4 soup broths, several meat cuts, seafood and lots of veggies — everything arrived incredibly quickly and everything was fresh and delicious. The quality of the ingredients is high, and the whole experience feels fun and special every time. They also sometimes have little shows / performances which adds even more to the atmosphere and energy. It’s a perfect place for hot pot with friends, family, or even for celebrations. I keep coming back here and every visit is amazing.

Always having a wonderful family time at Haidilao! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Xiao Wan, Luna, XiaoYi and Jessie, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our meal - they made the evening feel extra special. Manager Zoe always comes by to check in, which showed how much they truly value every guest’s experience. The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the team’s genuine hospitality and cheerful service. Thank you all for making our visit so memorable - we’ll definitely be coming back!

Came to try Haidilao at this location after visiting the Brentwood and Richmond branches. They have parking at the rear, but it’s very limited, and each spot is quite small—especially on the second floor. Nowadays, people drive SUVs or vans, and on top of that, some drivers aren’t mindful to park closer to the pole, which would leave a bit more space for the next car.nnWe went on Friday evening, and the host told us the wait time would be 30–45 minutes, but we ended up waiting almost an hour and a half, nearly walking out. I know the servers tried to make up for it by offering a free appetizer and refillable plum juice.nnThe food was good as usual. There were lots of groups celebrating birthdays, so it was very loud. The music was so loud that we couldn’t even hear the noodle guy’s own music, and it got even louder during the birthday celebrations.nnOverall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Had a great experience at Haidilao today! The service was amazing especially Luna and Lucy who was super friendly and attentive. She noticed everything we needed before we even asked! Really made our dinner extra enjoyable. Thank you Luna for the warm hospitality

First time trying hot pot and the staff was so kind and inviting. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. Can be a bit expensive, so you have to be careful when ordering. Looking forward to going again soon.
