Prolly the best place to go for hotpot in west Vancouver, my friends and I often come here for celebrations or just dinner whenever feels like it. The service is incredible and all the waiters are absolutely so passionate, enthusiastic and attentive. Special kudos to Aliza and Luna for their service and hard works!!! they definitely made a post-exam dinner more enjoyable. And thanks for fulfilling my “unreasonable” demand of the Christmas hat hair clip, you made my day

Such a great experience! The food was fresh and delicious.nnThis was our first time eating hotpot and Nori, our server, was amazing. She explained everything and was so welcoming. We were very well taken care of.

First time coming to this hotpot restaurant during busy lunch hour. The staff were super friendly, very welcoming even though we didn't make a reservation. The girl waiter explained everything with patience, folded our jackets and stored them in the drawer below our benches, gave us wet tissue, lens cleaner, hair tie, colorful crackers and aprons so that the soup won't splatter to our clothes. I especially liked the laksa soup. The sauce bar was something else, so many choices but I like the congee and toppings, also jelly dessert. All these are free. Oh there's more, she gave us ice cream, candy, and toothpicks after we finished eating. And oh there's more, the girl on the front door gave us goodie bags. One for each person. So many extra little things, but make our day. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate your hard work and smiles.

Over the past three years in Vancouver, I’ve had the chance to dine at different restaurants every week. Without a doubt, this one offers the best experience. From the moment you arrive, everyone is committed to ensuring you have the best time. When we arrived, we had our baby’s stroller, and they mentioned that the spaces were quite narrow and suggested leaving the stroller while offering us a high chair. However, we really needed the stroller so that Luca, our 9-month-old, could sleep. Instead of turning us away, they went out of their way to find a spot that worked for us.nnThe service was outstanding—huge thanks to Jasper, Nora, and Reyna, who provide that extra touch of care that’s so rare in this industry. I felt like I was with family. Thank you so much, everyone; we had an amazing time!
