HaiDiLao Hotpot West Broadway

I loved this place. The food is so good and flavorful. Their hot pot has beef, pork and vegan option. There is so much to choose from. But most importantly their service is excellent. Angel was very kind and took excellent care of us. Because we did not eat beef, and even though happy hour is only on beef, Angel went above and beyond to make an exception for us in happy hour. She gave us complimentary deep friend buns and salad bar. I will go back again. And best part, they are open till 2 in night.

Haidilao never disappoints. Love the experience here, especially with the birthday preparations. It really made it special for my wife.nnAngela, Nick, and Andrew were especially helpful and even improvised a birthday cake by stacking two Ice Cream Sundae cups on top of each other with a candle. Angela even helped us get the birthday noodles at no cost.

Very very nice food quality and super kind servers Angel and Nick. They made the whole experience much better!! Even though it's a bit pricey, it's worthy to try especially tomato soup is the best so far!

I recently visited Haidilao again, and as always, the food was excellent. Jenny, our waitress, provided superb service throughout our meal. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor enhanced our hot pot experience. I highly recommend requesting her as your server!

Food was amazing, the beef shank was absolutely delectable and the plethora of broths were exquisite. The best part was the customer service, all the waiters were extremely kind and helpful, especially my boy Jimmy he a real one. He was goated and helped us tremendously. I really thank him and recommend anyone to go.
