I ordered a homemade burger, and for the price, I expected a proper burger. Unfortunately, it was pretty normal. IMO, the burger itself was overcooked and not as juicy as it should have been. While I did enjoy it, I've had better burgers at chain restaurants for a lower price.nnThe fries were a real disappointment. They were chewy instead of crispy, which I didn’t like at all. I’d give the burger a 3.5/5 and the fries a 2/5. The presentation could have been better too—it felt like they just handed me the food without any creativity.nnI’m not planning to order from them again, but I might try them in person one more time to see how it goes.
I've been craving Sunday roast for a while, and we noticed that they had live music! So we made the trek from North Burnaby. Loved the atmosphere, and the service was great! Dinner definitely hit the spot my only disappointment was that my Yorkie was kinda thick, not like the ones I am used to. Other than that, I really enjoyed it! Definitely noticed the roast was cut nice and thin.
Great live music, staff were fine, served raw chicken that I ate without knowing, did remake and give 10$ off, but not worth the risk of salmonella/ food poisoning. Judge yourself if that’s worth it.
If your craving some what of a spice bag from a Chinese they do something similar here but in a bowl. The side of curry mayo with it is nice. Overall it was nice for satisfying your craving for a spice bag and the trad band playing makes this place special
The live music is really fun and lively! We only got appetizers but they came out quickly and were delicious. Definitely recommend the chicken wings!
