We had a great experience here!nOur server, Sophie, was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The happy hour deals were super reasonable – great value for the quality. Would definitely come back.

We came to Earls on West Broadway as a large group from work, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff were organized, friendly, and impressively quick, which isn’t always the case when you’re dining with a big party.nnThe food was solid as expected, a good variety to please everyone, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Drinks and meals came out quickly, and the servers handled the group efficiently while staying upbeat and helpful throughout.

I usually go to Earl’s on Robson and always order the kale mushroom pizza with a side of beer. This time, the hosting was good they seated us nicely, and our server started off great. Plus, they have a parking spot, which is really nice. The host was super sweet and pretty she just moved from Toronto and was really friendly.nnBut then it got really busy, and I didn’t see our server again for a while. Someone else brought our plates, and the server didn’t come back until I was almost done with my pizza. When he finally checked in and asked if everything was alright, I mentioned that the pizza was soggy it was so floppy I couldn’t even hold a slice properly. He said it’s supposed to be like that because it’s a Neapolitan pizza, very Italian style. Honestly, I’ve had Neapolitan pizza before, and it’s never been that soggy. I just found his response a bit funny and kind of dismissive.nnTo be clear, the server himself was nice, but the way he defended the soggy pizza as a “style choice” felt a bit much. If it’s soggy, just admit it! I’m probably not going back after this experience.

We attended this location yesterday evening. All our dinner arrived at the same time however, my steak was well done rather than the medium rare that i ordered. The order was promptly replaced and apologies were expressed by my server and manager Stefan. I must say, the way the staff handle my situation was outstanding. i’m easy to please and for years have thought customer service was dead, but i was wrong. This place has the best staff, excellent service and only the top management team. Go here for your next event or simple night out!

We had the absolute best experience at Earls thanks to our amazing server, Riley! We came to celebrate one of our girlfriends, and Riley went above and beyond to make it special. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely accommodating the entire time. From perfectly timed check-ins to helping us navigate the menu with great recommendations, he made sure everything ran smoothly. His energy was warm and welcoming, and he honestly felt like part of the celebration. If you’re lucky enough to get Riley as your server, you’re in for a great night.nnThanks again, Riley you were incredible!
