We had a lovely night. Our server, Jonathan, was absolutely delightful. His friendly nature was so welcoming from the start. He was incredibly patient while taking the four children’s drink orders — even as they kept changing their minds! nnWe truly appreciated that he came to apologize for not being able to check on us as often after he accidentally injured his hand. That level of thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. We were also grateful that another staff member stepped in to check on us, and that the manager came by to chat with the guests.nnThe food was delicious and well presented. Aside from their pizza, fries and chicken tenders the children especially loved the complimentary dessert - such a thoughtful touch.nnHad too much fun, forgot to take photos of food.nThank you for a fantastic evening!

They generously provided a $100 gift card for my aunt Elaine, who is currently palliative, allowing us to share a beautiful dinner together tonight celebrating her life.nnThe evening was truly special … the food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every moment spent together meant so much to our family. Its been here like forever this Earl's restaurant location in the South granville/fairview area its located inside a vintage beautiful building .its one of the oldest earls locations i know of thats still around its a iconic restaurant here for this area for many long years . Has guest parking just give them your plate number at check in . Nearby to public transportation too . The layout is nicely done with big comfortable padded couches and big tables .good for large groups , solo ,couples . Lots of verity of food the food quality is great but portion sizes are small . Service is great here . Has tvs for sports games & Bar area

The host and most of the servers were very kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, one server was quite rude, the plates were placed down abruptly, almost thrown, without a single word, which took away from the experience.nnI was expecting the food to be good, especially based on past experiences at Earls Test Kitchen, but it was not comparable at all. The food was okay at best, fairly basic, and didn’t feel like fine dining.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Ana! From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She listened carefully to my needs, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure everything was done to a high standard. I’m really impressed with the level of care and service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking specifically for Ana!
