Cheesecake Etc

So I have been going to cheesecake etc since the 90’s. One of my fave places for cheesecake. Don’t go much anymore as that was more in my younger days when hanging out with friends in my 20’s. Now I live farther, which is a good thing, otherwise I might visit too frequently which wouldn’t be good for my waist! LolnnGot the original with strawberry and chocolate with peanut butter cream for take out.nnSo excited to dig into it, but was met with disappointment.nnIn all the years of enjoying the cheesecake first time it just didn’t taste good. Was highly like pudding, not smooth, very airy with bubble pockets. Couldn’t finish it.nnAnyhow decided to call them to ask if they changed the recipe or changed owners because it didn’t taste anything good like I remembered it had it last maybe a year agonnWas told no to both. Mentioned, it could be the cream cheese batch.nnBut got an apology and an offer to replace the cheesecake, which was unexpected but a nice gesture. Was also thanked for bringing to their attention. Suggested they try it themselves to see. I like giving feedback because it has been an awesome place and would hate for someone to try for first time, not like and totally never return.nnSo this visit was 2 for food, but everything else was good.

A place that is open from 7pm to 1am, serving no alcohol and being busy like hell. They must have something extremely good and popular.nAnd they have. Their cheesecake is fabulous. And their daily specials are as well.nThe hot chocolate was really yummy and the baguette is a great savory option.nA place making addictive.

Great and different experience from what you’ve had. Great cheese cake and New York style atmosphere with low and red light. Recommend getting a original strawberry cheesecake.nAlso Vanilla and Jasmine tea is perfect.

The original cheesecakes were perfectly creamy, topped with delightful blueberry. I particularly enjoyed the matcha-flavored cheesecake!nnOne of the best things about this place is its late opening hours, from 7 PM to 1 AM, which makes it a perfect spot for a late-night dessert craving. However, I did notice a slight unpleasant smell inside the store, which was a bit off-putting.nnOverall, it's a great spot for dessert lovers, and I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. Just hope they can address the smell issue soon!
