Fufú Café

I fell in love with souflee pancakes in Japan and these are by far the best I’ve had back here in BC. They were the perfect consistency and flavour! The only downside was that they had so many amazing options to choose from. We will definitely be back to try the savoury options on the menu. My latte also exceeded expectation. Service was quick and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. We made sure to make a reservation well in advance, as we have been wanting to eat here for a while and every time we are in the neighbourhood they are fully booked. So glad we preserved - our meal was perfection!

I came here for breakfast after trying a couple times to make a reservation and learning it needs to be planned farther in advance due to limited seating, but now I know and will definitely come here again.nWe came in right as they were opening, which was our reservation time, got seated and waited upon quickly.nMy drink and food were both delicious. Staff were friendly and it was nice seeing the kitchen staff at work.

After having Japanese pancakes in Japan I was in a hunt for them in Vancouver. I was able to have my craving satisfied here. Ordered a savoury and sweet; I was surprised to find myself enjoying the savoury one the most. But the sweet one was also great and just as good as the ones I had in Japan, a little more pricy but that’s expected for Vancouver!

So excited to finally try the fluffy pancakes! Portions size and taste are perfect! Definitely will come back! Some things to keep in mind: The cafe area is small, reservations are recommended, and parking can be challenging but at least it's not super expensive, and you're able to use the PaybyPhone app We parked by ToysR Us and were able to use their free Wi-Fi.

We came here for Dine Out Vancouver, and the staff was very friendly. We got our food relatively quickly. From our seat, we can see the kitchen, so it was really neat watching them make the soufflé pancakes in front of us. I got the mini strawberry sando, and it was perfectly balanced with the cream and strawberries. For our mains, I got the tiramisu soufflé pancakes - I was worried this would be too sweet, but it was perfect for me. I loved every bite! We also got the okonomiyaki and while it was good, we found it had too much mayonnaise. Overall we had a great experience!
