Interior is funky and ambiance is great here. Came by after checking out a show at the dome and this was a great way to satisfy our appetite.nnDrinks that we ordered:n- Ginger Mojito Pitcher 8/10n- Peach Passion Mojito Pitcher 7/10nnFood:n- Truffle Corn Karaage 6.5/10n- Chicken Dashi Karaage 9.5/10n- Duck Carpaccio 7.5 / 10n- Snow Crab & Mentaiko Peperoncino Yakiudon 10/10n- Spicy Wagyu Miso Egg Udon 7.5/10nnDessert:n- Ichigo Cake Daifuku 9/10nnChicken karaage really hit the spot on texture, flavour and it was juicy. We weren’t blown away by the corn karaage, it was good but probably won’t order it next time. The yakiudon we ordered was super delicious and great flavour profile, my partner really enjoyed the spicy wagyu egg udon and rated it 8/10 but I found the flavour too bold for my preference.nnOrdered the Ichigo Cake Daifuku for dessert and it was the perfect way to end the meal! Definitely recommend that as well if you haven’t had it before.
We loved it here. The staff were so friendly and actually excited to suggest food and cocktails. Drinks were super tasty and unique, and the food was amazing from start to finish. Vibe and décor were great, and dessert was awesome too. Prices felt really fair for how good everything was. Definitely adding this to our list of places to bring friends and family when they visit.
What an amazing spot! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, not greasy at all. The soup was full of flavor with layered textures from the egg and veggies, so comforting and addictive. The beef sushi was another highlight, tender meat, well-balanced rice, and that crunchy topping made every bite memorable.nAnd the dessert? Simply stunning, creative, delicate, and the perfect way to end the meal. The staff were friendly and the whole place felt cozy and welcoming. Definitely coming back!
My husband and I made a reservation here for our anniversary since we heard it’s a popular spot these days. We ordered the duck carpaccio, corn karaage, mentaiko cream udon, bluefin tuna oshi, hamburger steak, and strawberry ice cream. Every single dish was amazing! The service was excellent too. When we asked for the bill, it took a bit longer than expected, and then we realized why. The staff surprised us with strawberry ice cream and sparklers to celebrate our anniversary! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We’ll definitely be coming back again!
If you’re seeking truly authentic Japanese fare, New Fuji sets the tone the moment you step inside. You’re warmly welcomed by the chef’s call from the kitchen—irasshaimase—that unmistakable chorus of greeting and acknowledgment that immediately transports you to Japan.nnThe space is bright and modern, yet inviting, animated by warm, attentive servers and the rhythmic sounds of the kitchen at work. It’s a familiar harmony of high and low voices—gruff yet gracious, energetic yet polite—the kind of atmosphere found throughout Japan’s markets, shops, sushi bars, and restaurants.nnOnce seated, the menu reveals itself as wonderfully expansive—almost too tempting to navigate in one visit. With so many appealing options, we opted for the New Fuji Lunch Box, a thoughtfully curated tasting of seven samplers that offers an excellent introduction to the kitchen’s range.nnThe Truffle and Wagyu Creamy Miso Udon is nothing short of indulgent. Tender wagyu tendon, earthy eringi mushrooms, and a luxurious truffle cream meld seamlessly into a rich miso broth. Comforting, deeply savory, and utterly memorable.nnThe Bluefin Negitoro Battera arrives in six generous pieces of pressed sushi, each bite layered with chopped bluefin tuna, onion, apple, shiso chimichurri, rice cracker bits, and a touch of sweet soy. It’s playful yet refined—every mouthful a small revelation.nnThen come two styles of karaage: chicken dashi karaage and truffle corn karaage. Crisp, flavorful, and deeply satisfying—simply put, they hit the spot.nnThe Fresh Tuna and Salmon Sashimi Salad offers a lighter counterpoint. Pristine slices of sashimi paired with fresh greens deliver clean, subtle sweetness, enhanced by soy sauce and tangy ginger. It’s the kind of freshness sashimi lovers crave—delicate, pure, and meltingly tender.nnWith four variations of the lunch box to choose from, there’s clearly more to explore. Next time, we’ll be back to try another box—and undoubtedly add an entrée from their enticing uni selections. New Fuji is the kind of place that invites return visits, each one promising a new delight.
