New Fuji

This is our new favorite spot in Vancouver. The lunch sets are great value and allows you to have a taste of a lot of their dishes.nnWould recommend their Fuji Gozen lunch set that comes with the truffle Wagyu cream udon. Absolutely delicious and full of creamy goodness. The battera sushi is also extremely tasty and the rice is very good quality.nnThe decor and atmosphere is very cozy and retro. Would definitely recommend a visit to this cute restaurant.

If you're in the mood for some tasty Japanese food, this spot might be worth a try. The quality is good and the atmosphere is welcoming. Just a heads-up, it can get quite crowded, so finding a seat might be a bit tricky. Perhaps they could consider spreading out the seating a bit more, like arranging two tables for shared use. Also, it seems like they could use a few more friendly servers to make the experience even better.

My husband and I made a reservation here for our anniversary since we heard it’s a popular spot these days. We ordered the duck carpaccio, corn karaage, mentaiko cream udon, bluefin tuna oshi, hamburger steak, and strawberry ice cream. Every single dish was amazing! The service was excellent too. When we asked for the bill, it took a bit longer than expected, and then we realized why. The staff surprised us with strawberry ice cream and sparklers to celebrate our anniversary! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

ugh this place is seriously so good. i went for the 3rd time yesterday and it is jus impeccable. from the truffle corn karaage to the batteras and yakiudons and the tiramisu. is jus so amazing the flavours and taste is so freaking bomb. will be back ofc
