Great food. Excellent service. Drink menu and bar service is on point. Nice ambiance whether your in a booth, at the bar or in the indoor seating. There is a private room for larger groups and the outdoor patio is the best summer time patio in the city. Generally its quite busy in the summer due to the large numbers of tourists that visit Granville Island.
Tap & Barrel Bridges is a great spot with beautiful views and a relaxed vibe. The food is well-prepared, flavorful, and served fresh, and the drink selection is impressive. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re meeting friends or just enjoying the waterfront atmosphere.nFriendly service, comfortable seating, and a lively yet calm environment make this location stand out. A solid choice for good food, great drinks, and scenic views.
I forgot there’s no happy hour on Saturdays, but still had a good time enjoying the beer and food. The tuna tartare was a bit too fishy even with the sauce and chips, though the pizza was great. The food came out quite slowly, and while most of the staff were friendly, some interactions felt more business-like than genuine. The view was great!
Great experience. Great view from a seat along the windows on the second floor.nnSome of the best food we had on Granville Island. The chowder is delicious, surprisingly light, with the most insane garlic bread ever. We also spit the seafood platter, which was on special. More than enough food for two, and all tasty. The tuna and mussels were great, and the crab was exceptional.nnOur server Danielle was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. And; she’s always right about everything.
Outstanding experience at Tap & BarrelnI had an amazing meal here — everything was cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. The roasted chicken was tender and flavorful, topped with a rich mushroom sauce that tied it all together. The mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting, and the broccolini added a fresh, vibrant touch.nThe service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere overlooking the waterfront made it even better. A perfect spot for a relaxed meal with great food and views. Highly recommend!nAttached photo of my delicious meal
