Great Finds & DIY Potential!nnI found a set of four beautiful dining chairs and a tufted ottoman at Value Village, and after a bit of restoration, they look amazing in my home! The chairs have a stylish mid-century design, and the ottoman adds a cozy, elegant touch. Shopping second-hand here is a great way to find quality furniture at a budget-friendly price. Plus, giving these pieces a second life makes the process even more rewarding. Highly recommend Value Village for unique, affordable finds!

The staff here are outrageously helpful. This is the thrift store that got it right. You'll probably find a useful bargain somewhere in the myriad of items on display. Great place to search for old books, vintage electronics or gently loved toys for kids. Did I mention the staff? They are one really helpful bunch. Highly recommended if you like thrift shopping.

I found such a huge variety of items in 1 store compared to walking around in a mall for hours on end with only a few things to choose from in each store. It didn't smell bad, like I thought it did many years ago. I find they're keeping better quality items on their racks now, too. The only thing I really don't like is not being able to try something on in a change room. I have to take the chance that it fits well, and if not, you're only able to exchange otherwise, I'm pleased with my overall experience at Value Village.

I love having the option to recycle or provide more life to products I no longer need or use. Being able to drop off just about anything while helping my community is fantastic. I've purchased some used books in the past. The only issue is you have to take the time to really look it over to make sure items are not damaged or smell terrible. You'll always find some very random stuff and possible gems. This location is very busy but seems to be well managed. Some items are pretty rough or dirty though and the price doesn't always make sense. Plenty of parking available in multiple lots. Very convenient business hours.

The management and supervisors have always been a problem, as a former employee you never feel safe to send in complaints about management because it goes to them. They say you can escalate it to someone higher but each time it was done nothing came of it. The management will manipulate you into doing more, leave you without backup or set ridiculous time limits that must be met under threat of job loss. When the driver plowed through the front window they didn't even close for a single day. The nail in the coffin is being pulled aside to be told you're doing well and are getting a pay raise and you expect ¢50 at LEAST to make it worthwhile but it's actually a deeply insulting ¢11
