Quality customer service! I had an issue with an order that was addressed promptly and was fixed almost immediately. Huge selection of various Gunpla and accessories. Will definitely be doing more shopping with this lovely company.

I've been going to trinity consistently for the last 3 months.nnTrinity runs a wide variety of events on a consistent and reliable schedule with ample seating room. It's nice to sit down for a prerelease or tournament and not be fighting for elbow room for once. Also love the big screen and timer for event organization, as well as the table labels!nnMost stuff on display feels a little cramped, but is well organized into categories, kept dust free and staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help find stuff or give advice.nnConsidering both of the above points, it's clear what the owner of the store values most: creating a fun, safe environment for players to enjoy.nnThat alone has made trinity my go to store in the area, they may not have the biggest selection of singles, or every card sleeve you could dream of, but cheerful, helpful staff who seem genuinely happy to be there and a community of players who are fun to play against and know what deodorant is! makes Trinity one of the best in Ottawa!

Lovely store with specialist/niche knowledge and staff who are wonderfully approachable. I have purchased gifts here, as well as snagging a fantastic set of dice for myself. I will be a repeat customer!

Was visiting from out of town and asked my local friends where I could pick up some Gunpla, they told me about Trinity and it blows away all my local shops in Detroit. This is going to be a Gunpla focused review, if that’s not your thing, you’re still gonna be well served by this shop.nnThe selection on hand was ridiculous, easily the biggest selection I’ve seen in anB&M store. In addition to Gunplay they had the 30 Minute line, Kotobokiya kits, Car Kits including some Initial D branded ones, and a whole ton beyond that. Prices were Excellent and I think the kits I bought would up being cheaper than if I had bought them at home in Detroit.nnExtremely large selection of tools including Gunprimer Rasers, this stuck out to me because it was the first time I’d ever seen one in a physical store. They had a large selection from Dspiae, and a large selection of water slide decals from G-Rework and others.nnThe staff was super knowledgeable and super friendly, when I went in early in the week I had asked about a specific kit, and when I returned later the employee remembered me and told me they had found it.nnTrinity Hobby is a fantastic hobby store and if you’re looking for Gunpla or model kit you won’t be disappointed.

So lucky to have one of the best hobby shops in the country in Ottawa! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The selection is amazing and constantly updating. You won't be disappointed shopping with them!
