Trinity Hobby

Cute little shop with a nice selection of singles and sealed products.nnThat being said, to start its a weird location and hard to find the entrance and where to park. Had to go across the street to shoppers because of a lack of clear indication of where I can park.nnCustomer service is also bad. I'm tired of mediocre experiences at a lot of local card shops. Especially when everything sealed is so expensive. Felt unwelcome and as if I was bothering the guy behind the counter, despite being the only customer not playing.nnStore is also messy and cluttered. It makes it hard to browse all my options or what im looking for when theres stuff everywhere unorganized.nnUnfortunately I dont think i'll be back. I want so hard to support locall businesses but they make it so hard to want to come back.

Was randomly checking out hobby stores and stopped in here. This place rekindled my interest in Gundam model kits gunpla. It has all the tools you could need as a new gunpla builder to get started and from the looks of it has tools for seasoned builders too. Their website is well done and the stock seems accurate when in store. Make sure to take a look at the displayed models. They look amazing!

I recently met with the owner of Trinity Hobby to sell my Pokémon collection, and the experience was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and very easy to interact with. I found him to be honest, fair, and knowledgeable throughout the transaction. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is straightforward and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Trinity Hobby to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade collectibles. Thank you for the great experience!

A standout hobby store in Ottawa that deals with collectible cards, anime models and figures, Warhammer, and other hobby related items. There are some good deals to be had, and it is one of the few retail outlets that do seasonal sales. I once had an item that did not arrive with a shipment, but was able to reach out and the store did right by me. Overall I recommend the store and hope they expand their business and collection.

Trinity has a wide selection of many different hobbies, featuring a great selection of TCG, Warhammer, Gundam, and other imported memorabilia from notable series and games. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and very beginner friendly. Trinity also hosts games and meetups to support the local hobby community. A true hidden gem.
