Haven’t shopped there don’t think I ever will after a rude conversation. I called to see if they had a specific flavour at the store, the person rudely said no so I thought maybe they didn’t understand so I asked again and again I was told no and then hung up on. I can understand if the place was busy and a simple we are busy right now can you please call back would have sufficed. This place was 20 min away from me so naturally I didn’t want to waste time and gas driving there if they didn’t have it. Because of the sheer rudeness they lost a potential customer. Taking a second to check if the flavour was there would have gone a long way. I guess customer service is dying. Sad.

Something has to be said about this so here it is, service is good, I can always support and appreciate a family business but being money hungry and having premium prices and not being able to price match with other local shisha spots or online prices is absurd.. if I can get better deals online and you’re overcharging 50$ over online prices and other shisha spots, whats the point of your store lol? Anyway, my point and my lesson learned was check prices online or with other local spots before purchasing. You think you’re getting a good deal until you’ve realized you paid over asking… disappointed and lost me as a customer. Business is business so hopefully this a lesson learned for you as it was for me to check prices and do research before jumping in on anything.
