Love ALL the supplies, whether it's yarn, art or beading materials! Can't wait to return to pick up more beads and now canvas and paints! Great deals too when they come up. As well teacher discount helps too! I bring my dog as well. She gets treats from the great staff there.

Overall great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly Kim, Michelle, Josefina and Kevin were exceptional. They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. They were patient and very welcoming. This location has great sales and great selections. The store is extremely clean and well organized.

Awesome staff, clean store. Only thing was there fabric section is small and the space was wiped out and empty. Still will be back as it was a great time shopping here.

I frequent Michael's a lot and switch between three locations depending on where I'm at on my way home. I won't be going to this one anymore.nnI have an injury preventing me from driving at the moment so today I used DoorDash to get some supplies. I messaged the driver and let him know that he could ask me for help, but that the staff at Michael's are great as well.nnHe messaged back and said that they were actually quite rude.nnWhen he delivered he said that they just bad mouthed delivery drivers and wouldn't help him. I've attached our chat.nnI vouched for them and they failed- delivery drivers are a crucial part of every day services if you're unable to travel for whatever reason.nnThis Michael's has been removed from my go-to spots :nnEdit: I forgot to add that more than half of my items had to be refunded as they were out of stock, which is indeed something I have noticed at this location when I have visited in the past.
