Value Village

I’m really satisfied with my experience at Value Village. The store offers a great selection of second-hand items at affordable prices. It’s well-organized, making it easy to find what I need, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the products is good, and I enjoy the variety available. Overall, I’m happy with the shopping experience and the value I get every time I visit this Value Village.

Have gone to this store for close to 15 years or so... whenever it first opened. Have always had great friendly service, great deals. But last week that all changed. Store checkouts were totally disorganized; leaving people confused where to enter the line-ups three times! I complained as did others btw and I became frustrated and a little vocal, but was approached by an antagonizing chubby cashier with an attitude that only frustrated me even more. At the end of a colourful choice of words the guy further frustrated me and then humiliated me in front of everyone; by telling me to never come back to that store! AND the manager just stood there and said nothing at all.. to me or even to his cashier. Well, Sir, I don't need your attitude either; I have one of my own thank you!! I've earned it! Furthermore; you should learn to have a little more respect for Seniors!!

I come here for books but there are so many other things to be explored! There are tons of clothes and shoes for all. Appliances, toys, kitchenware, and decor.

I found some excellent treasures here, as always.nOnly 4 stars because they do not give NEARLY enough to charity, although they claim to be in great support of those in need. Considering ALL of their merchandise to them is anFREE DONATION, they should be giving way more instead of focusing on optics. Jus sayin'.
