Friendly staff, clean store, great selection. I just wish they had more selection in different colours, blond wigs.

Was really disappointed with their service. I paid both cash and debit for a service and 90cents was lacking so I deducted an item since I did not have 90cents cash. My debit transaction actually went through n the “manager ” said they didn’t receive the transaction on their which I confirmed on my end and it went through I even showed her where it was deducted from my account. She said she has to call someone to confirm n she spend almost 15 mins on a call speaking in her language that I did not understand and that was not professional of her. At least she could have spoken in English for us to be clear if she’s saying the whole story . I went to the bank today and it was confirmed that the transaction actually went through. So I left @Hera Beauty with product and money deducted from my account and she was telling me to contact my bank which I did and they confirmed the transaction actually went through. She was very unprofessional and mean.

I always get a good shopping experience every time I shop here. I am also happy with their mew location. They always have staff and never need to close unexpectedly or early which makes them reliable. I honestly used to always shop at clore but their shelves were empty the last few times i went. I only shop at Hera now

Avoid this place, the employees will give you a wrong information in order to buy their product. I bought an item,but i wasn’t sure if it would suit me I asked if I could return it after trying it on at home .within 14 days 6 days later they refused according to their policy. why Did i asked the information to the employee who has more expertise in her work and I am being told that it is in their famous policy !!! What employees are supposed to do then!!! after all these years it's sure that i won't go back and that I won't recommend this place to anyone anymore

Very very very disappointed with your services. First I purchase a wig and the attendant gives me a wig that’s nothing like what I tested. Secondly I get to the till to pay and the manager has no idea what she’s doing. I was truly disappointed To think that I brought it to the manager’s attention and she told me that I should have opened the pack to check it while I was still in the storennI want to add that if you’re buying products especially wigs from this store please make sure you open the pack you’re given to check that the product before you pay you cannot return it if something is wrong to make sure it is exactly what you tested. It is heartbreaking to find out that what you tested in store is not what you went home with.nnI hope this helps someone else so you don’t feel as sad, disgusted and disappointed as I’m feeling right now.
