Excellent service ! Fatima was amazing ! really helpful even with my little baby. She is really kind. Grace was amazing too , really kind and patient with me and my baby. Am happy with the wig I chose. Recommend!

I always get a good shopping experience every time I shop here. I am also happy with their mew location. They always have staff and never need to close unexpectedly or early which makes them reliable. I honestly used to always shop at clore but their shelves were empty the last few times i went. I only shop at Hera now

Avoid this place, the employees will give you a wrong information in order to buy their product. I bought an item,but i wasn’t sure if it would suit me I asked if I could return it after trying it on at home .within 14 days 6 days later they refused according to their policy. why Did i asked the information to the employee who has more expertise in her work and I am being told that it is in their famous policy !!! What employees are supposed to do then!!! after all these years it's sure that i won't go back and that I won't recommend this place to anyone anymore

I am always happy to be back at a place that has products that I need in terms of emergency and a quick shopping product organization is fantastic.nnGreat Customer Service is given about the products.
