Went today at Sephora in Orleans on Mar 5th, 2026 in am. Met the nicest person Isaac that helped me choose a good gloss for my lips. He was so nice, helpful, professional and a sweetheart. The store is super clean. Every product is well placed. All free parking. Wheelchair accessible. They have many brands that are cruelty free. Please visit this store. Great for the whole family ! A must try !

Absolutely unacceptable and borderline hostile experience. I was repeatedly followed around the store by an employee even after clearly stating I was fine and did not want assistance. My request was ignored completely. The constant hovering felt accusatory, invasive, and disrespectful, as if I was being watched instead of served. This is not customer service it’s poor training and worse management. A store should make customers feel comfortable, not pressured or suspected. The owner and management need to seriously retrain their staff on basic human boundaries and how to listen. I walked out annoyed, uncomfortable, and determined never to return to this location. Sephora should be embarrassed by this level of service.

Had a makeover yesterday with Mikaela for my birthday and it was incredible! An amazing service, definitely went above and beyond. I would love to go back and would definitely request her again.

I’ve been in here a few times and barely any clients inside and staff are too busy talking with each other instead of greeting you and ask if you need help finding something. Sadly they lost sales and will not go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They should hire people who want to work.
