Customer service needs improvement. I went in #1 to get a particular product and also to get suggestions on some new things to try. No one greeted me when I entered. It was not busy at the time but not one staff member approached to see if I needed assistance floor layout had changed since my last visit. After five or ten minutes I left, passing by five staff members who were busily chatting and giggling around the check out area. There were no customers near.

Don’t ever book makeup there for an event! I booked my makeup over a month ago for my maternity photos and they called 3 hours prior and said the makeup artist was sick. I understand people get sick but to have no backup plan on a Saturday and not offer anything as an apology other then we can rebook you. No discount, free product, anything for the last minute cancellation is ridiculous. Will never shop at this location again!

Brought my mom here for some makeup & skin care products and let’s just say she had a big smile on her face once we were done.nnWe got help from Alexandra, a lovely sales associate at the store who was very accommodating and helpful!nnShe took her time to ask us the right questions to understand what she needed then made a few recommendations, test a few products and she even helped drew my mom’s eyebrow to test how the product looks!nnThank you Alexandra!

Staff and service aren’t great . Staff will avoid you and giving you sense that they aren’t interested in working . Cashiers say no hello no thanks or bye either. The lady doing my cash asked me to enter my phone number for points and i told her my card isn’t linked to my number she was angry because she have to scan my card . Even though i said thanks to her on my behalf she didn’t even reply it’s rude . It’s not first time happening with me on this location but every time I avoid. But this time i can’t control and put review so people will be aware about staff and keep in mind what kind of service they will get when they enter into this store.

Great place and great customer service. I went looking for a perfume for my wife but it was no longer available. The staff were very helpful taking me through several great options until I was able to find a suitable perfume. My wife loved it. Thanks Team Sephora.
