My favourite store for all things crafts and decor.

I recently visited Michaels and would like to share my impressions. My main goal was to find white markers, and I found them without any trouble. My second objective was to look for photo frames. As a photographer and videographer, I often visit stores like this to find items related to my work. At Michaels, I found everything I needed and even more.nnThe store impressed me with its size – it’s truly massive. I spent about 40 minutes exploring the selection and admiring how well-organized everything is. This place feels like it was made for creative people. I even recorded a video to show its scale and variety. However, I only managed to capture half of it – I’ll save the other half for my next visit.nnThe range of products at Michaels is astonishing. You can find materials for any type of creativity: threads, fabrics, paints, brushes, decorative items, supplies for handmade projects, painting, photography – absolutely everything you need to bring your ideas to life. As a professional, I really appreciated the selection of frames and found the perfect ones for my projects. I plan to buy one frame for a photo with my wife and another for a poster.nnThis wasn’t my first visit to Michaels. Last winter, I stopped by looking for a vase and ended up buying decorative stones for a product photoshoot. Michaels is a treasure trove for anyone doing product photography, design, or handmade crafts. The selection is vast, and the prices are reasonable, which is a big plus.nnI also want to highlight the excellent customer service. The staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help or answer any questions.nnMichaels is the kind of store you want to return to again and again. If you’re into arts and crafts or looking for inspiration, I highly recommend visiting. I’m confident you’ll find something useful and interesting!

For art and craft lovers, this place is a treasure!nYou can find almost everything you need for your creative projects. I’m giving one less star because when I asked an employee about a product, she seemed unsure whether they even sold it. I eventually found it myself, but overall, it’s still a great store with plenty of options.

The employees were so sweet, I had Laura-Leigh help me at the cash and she answered all my questions. I also had another woman help me aswell but I couldn't catch her name. Amazing customer service, thank you both.

As a frequent treat makes, I've been coming here for a few years now and never have a good customer service experience but did for the first time last week. I previously asked if they had a military discount and the guy straight up lied and said they didn't. I went last week and the girl working asked if I was a teacher or in the military...surprise surprise, they have a military discount. This is the first time an employee actually seemed happy to be helping me. She was a younger white woman and was so nice. I've also noticed that I have never seen an employee of color working here.
