What a great hidden gem. No pretentious hipster vibes or decor. Good weed, friendly and knowledgeable staff, massive variety, insane prices! Why bother anywhere else? Been smoking for 35 years and even I was impressed!
These guys usually have everything! And you honestly can't beat the prices... My only issue is some of the staff are behind on product knowledge. I love being able to talk cannabis and ask questions... The last time I called and asked for a suggestion to order for delivery, they literally recommended me a product that was a year old... That's not cool business guys! Other than that.... Great menu selection.
Really like this place because of their prices. They always have lower prices than their competitors. Too bad for me that they are 10km away but it's worth the trip.nI had a great first impression the first time I visited the store. There were these 2 hippies at the counter and it reminded me of the 1970's era when I grew up. Even their behaviour matched their looks. Unfortunately I never saw them again. There are always different servers everytime I go there.nAnyway, thumbs up! :
Absolutely love the OZ store. Always have what we're looking for. The staff are incredible and very friendly. Always a pleasant experience whether we're in store or delivery.
Sometimes it’s great, sometimes not lol.nnFor example I call to get an estimate on delivery time. Most times, they’ll be helpful and provide an estimate. Today the guy was like “yea 2-3 hours idk”.nDude every other one of your coworkers can estimate based off of how many orders you guys have received. Of course you can never guarantee but he was just not caring at all.nnSimply to say, the customer service is lacking. The female employees are great though super kind, great delivery service and much faster and professional than some of then men they have working there. But the male staff is up in the air-nnliterally had a male driver tell me to order only once a day because I had put in an order that morning and one that night… do you want my money or not?nnKaden is also great and actually gets me to buy more stuff lol
