Staples

I’ve visited this location a few times, and it has consistently given me good experiences. The free parking lot is a real perk in downtown — incredibly convenient.nnStopped by today and was pleasantly surprised to find a Happy Goat Coffee inside. A nice addition that makes quick errands feel a bit more enjoyable.nnUpdate: Thank you for taking the time to respond. I’m glad my experience could be shared, and I appreciated the helpful service during my visit. I’ll keep your email in mind if I have additional feedback.

Absolutely fantastic Staples location. I use their print services regularly for a wide variety of projects and have consistently had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, genuinely helpful, and always willing to help me figure out the best way to bring an idea to life. Huge shoutout to Harshita and Teresa, who have both gone above and beyond for me. I genuinely couldn’t ask for better service. Five stars, perfection, no notes.

I had a great experience with the Print & Marketing team at Staples. The Print Supervisor, Mahzad, was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was done exactly as I requested, and delivered high-quality work on time. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this Staples location for all your printing needs!

Day staff needs to be retrained. Was told I was unable to pick up a package due to no photo ID. Wasted 45 minutes on the phone with FedEx and threatened to have the cops called on me because they are incompetent/unaware of their own company policy. Different manager came in, explained the correct policy surprise, you’re not required to have photo ID to order furniture online and I came back with the correct documents, the girl had me in an out in less than 5 minutes.nI don’t expect customer service anymore, just the ability to problem solve.

I visited Staples to return an Amazon package and had a disappointing experience. I waited for more than 10 minutes at the counter while an employee saw me waiting but chose to continue chatting with her colleagues instead of assisting customers. Unfortunately, I was on a tight schedule and could not continue waiting, so I left without completing my return.nnOn a positive note, the other drop-off counter was very efficient. The young lady working there was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.nnI hope management can address customer wait times and ensure staff prioritize helping customers before engaging in personal conversations.
