Hi everyone! I wanted to share my experience at Staples. Recently, I had some business cards made there, and they turned out great — high-quality printing and fast service. I ordered them through their website, which was very user-friendly and easy to navigate.nnYesterday, I visited Staples to pick out an office chair and some office supplies. I’ve been checking out different online platforms, but what I really like about Staples is the ability to walk into the store and see the product in person. That’s a big advantage for me.nnIn the end, I chose a chair that cost 300 Canadian dollars. Sure, you can probably find cheaper options online, but I like being able to feel the quality before I make a purchase. Overall, the service at Staples was excellent. I highly recommend this store to anyone who values quality and convenience!

They messed up printing both my photos and my poster and then proceeded to blame me for them messing up my files. The poster was not the size ordered, and they wanted me to pay again for a corrected one.nnOrdered same day photos to be printed and they aren’t even on photo or gloss paper. Quality has really gone down on their side.nnOn the right is one of their older prints, gloss paper and clear printing. The left is the new matte not photo printing style they are doing… both image and paper quality have gone down.

Worst experience I ever had in my life.nLiterally I waited for their help for almost 30 minutes but not even a single person from their staff came to help. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Well equipped and spacious Staples with a nice Happy Goat inside. Staff are really polite and helpful but they are always short-handed! So if going in for anything that requires staff assistance shipping, taking photos, etc you need to be extra patient while standing in a long line.
