I’ve visited this location a few times, and it has consistently given me good experiences. The free parking lot is a real perk in downtown — incredibly convenient.nnStopped by today and was pleasantly surprised to find a Happy Goat Coffee inside. A nice addition that makes quick errands feel a bit more enjoyable.nnUpdate: Thank you for taking the time to respond. Came in to print a simple but very important greeting card. I waited over 40 minutes while the customer service representative Maryam helped three other customers first. When she finally returned to me, I was told there was a printer issue and nothing could be done.nnIt’s hard to believe that printing one sheet of paper turned into such an impossible challenge for Staples.nnExtremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time.n0/10 customer service.

I came to this Staples 403 bank st on December 30, 2025, before 8:00 PM, which was still before their posted closing time. Despite this, the staff refused to open the door.nnI stood outside for over 10 minutes in -30°C weather, knocking and waiting, while employees were clearly inside looking at me and chose to ignore me. No explanation was given, and no effort was made to acknowledge or assist me.nnThis was extremely unprofessional, unsafe given the weather conditions, and unacceptable customer service. If the store intended to close early, the doors should have been locked earlier with proper signage, not while customers are left outside in dangerous temperatures.nnVery disappointing experience. I expect better from a company like Staples.

First time in a long time in one of these stores. Seems to have pivoted with business spaces and services inside this store. This visit was a FedEx pick up. Single line into counter and fairly quiet. When it was my turn, the female staff providing service by one of the male staff rather rudely and I had to wait for him to finish on her terminal before I could be help. This unfortunately was not the end as it happened again when he got to his package first and we had to wait again to my annoyance and that of the staff helping me. Not a good scene and certainly not a respectful one. Hopefully it will change as this bully like behavior is not good for business and employee morale.

Khalid was absolutely amazing to work with. Getting a new phone can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy, taking the time to walk me through different options and help me choose a plan that truly fit my budget. He even found the most affordable discount available, which I really appreciated. His salesmanship clearly reflects how much he cares about his customers and values them as people. I’m so grateful for his help!
