Just wanted to shout out Jesse who helped me at the print shop today. I'm literally walking back to work and writing this review because she was so helpful and I believe genuinely wanted to help me and even cut it for me but there's a $22 charge. I messed up my signage because I've never used their cutter before and there was no instruction, she reprinted and gave me a tip on how to use the cutter. And truly her helpfulness made my day. Thanks Jesse! 5 stars for you, one star less for the pricing.

Great location, probably the best parking area in the downtown core and their stock is good. Understaffing makes everything slower and lengthier than it should be. Do have a coffee at their coffee stand inside if you want to sit while grabbing said tasty coffee, good luck with that. Haven't tried their office setup rental spaces so I can't speak to that. They must be popular as they take up about a third of the store's area.
Paid $200 for a color printer, found out it only did black and white when I got home, then they wouldn't take it back because the box got wet in the rain. Insane policy. Go anywhere else for a printer.

Are you guys not having fear of God?nnI'm requesting to everyone please read my commentnI want to apologize if it's too longnnI bought a tablet and a laptop from this store on January 9, 2024.nI asked them if they can do financing?nThey said yes, but first we need to check your credit background to make sure if you are eligible for financing or not they asking me few questionsnAfter about 10 minutes less or more they gave me a positive answer and I was qualified for good amount. then they connect mento another office called Felixiti which I can pay my monthly payment for a year without paying interest.nI was also very happy and excitednEverything was resolved, my total amount was 1018.37 with no interest for one year at end I took my receipt with my tablet and my laptop and left the store and I was waiting for my first Bill through the same Flexiti office.nAbout two months later, I realized that my account balance was much higher than I thought. When I found out, I saw that there's interest charge as well I became suspicious that why should I pay the interest and why is my account balance is so high?nWhen I called the Flexiti office, they told me there's two purchases made in same night on January 9th 2024 in that store Staplesna purchase of 1018.37 with financing and other with 1050 without financing... I told them wich $1050? My purchase was only $1018.37 this is a suspicious activity in my accountnCan you all believe it? On the same date, January 9, 2024, an unknown person from this store entered to my account in a very sneaky and professionally without showing on their systems stolen $1050, with no financing from my account then I thought that's why the Flexiti charged me interest.I decided to call a police because I still have my purchase receipt with menThey can check everything through the security cameras inside the store.nnThen I thought let's fix this issue in easy way rather to call a police I rather not to mention the name of the manager of that night and the person who guided to choose the devices... If the police start investigating then I will definitely mention their name to police of coursenif it's necessary..I recommend to you all to be very careful so that you don't fall in same trap and not be the next victim.nFinallynI got my refund back but not the way I was expecting it.
