I need to point out a manager by the name of Ashe’s & love for this game. Let this place earn your business; it won’t take long. nnTheir name is Ashe, and I need to compliment your Dedication to excellence, you REALLY went ABOVE and past what even beyond can reach; to help. Past general stuff, is truly an artist herself!nnCustomer service is top shelf at this location, not enough stars. Unlike the alternate location Ashe took the time to actually poke and prod about specific needs and why I was asking about certain things, to understand where I was coming from and what I wanted to achieve. IMO, customer service here comes second to nothing, they don’t feel successful until you are satisfied & educated.nnDo yourself a favor and Come to this location, the other place had a chance to lay a positive impression. This did not happen. Ashe’s team is awesome here. Eager to assist and help with whatever they can, actually stand behind what they sell and are extremely willing to work with you: not against you. Throwing company policy in your face is likely one of the LAST methods of de-escalation to be used. Their skills are in it to win it, because if you succeed then they succeed.nnAttitude is genuine, they are Truly here and work to earn your business. You really get the feeling that they want to be here, that they really do want to help & earning their paychecks are just part of the reward for coming to work every day.nnI would LOVE to say My opinion is unbiased; due to the extent of what I will do for any of my clients; my level of achieving satisfaction is upon convincing certain customers from wanting to quit all services to demanding I be the only one come the customer will now re-arrange their schedules to have me arrive.nnHaving this essence of confidence and radiating energy; such as to that you’ll be taken care of. This is exactly the type of service I continue to ritually receive here. All the employees at face value, are positive and happy to be there. Even when I shownUp at 5 minutes to close, lol. Sorry again not any change in attitude or behavior. Kind reminders they’re closed in 30 seconds albeit genuinely without pressure & offer to assist, super kind. Just over all exceptionally impressed with them.nnJust take the trip. My experience between other locations & this is simply incomparable.nnYou won’t regret it!!!! SELLING USED DAMAGED ITEMS.nBought a Craftsmart set of pens there and only noticed that the package had been opened before when I got home. They reglued the plastic front to the cardboard card behind the pens and if I hadn't been in a hurry because I actually needed these urgently, I would have seen this, because it's VERY noticeable. The fine liner was broken and exploded in my hands destroying my table in the process. The pens were marked and scratched. How can the store employees get this as a rerurn and put it back on the shelf??? This is insane! I'm very disappointed and now I have a stained table. Never going to this store again.

Staff is Rude specially some Managers. Just buy same stuff from online or AMZ*; its cheaper and has better service and returns are picked-up from the house : Thought of always supporting our community stores/locations in Orleans as we always did during pandemic, but they dont seem to need our business.

I’m a loyal Michaels’ customer and shop there every few weeks. I’m super disappointed by my last transaction today. I purchased the LAST small grapewine wreath on a hook where it clearly indicated “clearance $3.00”. To pay, I had to get an employee to man the cash nobody at cash and I paid for all my purchases. I went back into the store as I had been charged $5.99 for the wreath. I was told that the wreath had been misplaced and the sticker should have been removed since the clearance item was the 14” wreath not the 10” wreath. I was apparently supposed to check the original price. I did and there is no price on the label see pic. After a chat with the manager, I was told that they didn’t have to honour the placement and posted price but that they were being “nice”. Ok Michaels, you want me shop at your store or online and are pressuring customers to do self checkout. Do I now have to go around with a bar code reader like the manager who checked the price and could NOT show me how I was supposed to have deduced that it was not properly on display? Amazon here I come!
