A bit pricey compared to Home Depot/online but there is good selection of tools in store. Staff asked if we needed any help. Interesting store overall.

Extremely helpful! I had a builder strip a screw and I had to try and hunt down a replacement even home depot didn't have the right one!.nnThe employee found a close enough match and the customer service was great! The store was well organized and I wasn't bothered while I waited for them to match it.nnIt was a very small purchase so I was worried initially but I didn't feel that impacted the quality and communication with the employee.nnI will be returning for any future projects and reccomending!

Fantastic service!! I went in to grab some license plate fasteners but I wasn’t sure what size I needed. I asked one of the employees Dan an absolute legend! if he could help me out and he went through quite a few to help me find the right one. Before I went to pay for them though he wanted to make sure I was 100% getting the right part so he came out to my car and slipped them on to see if they would fit properly, and sure enough they did. Just when I thought the mission was accomplished, Dan asked if I had a wrench to tighten the bolts as he wasn’t satisfied with simply hand tightening them to hold the plate on. I was unfortunately ill prepped for this mission and didn’t have any way of tighten them more than they were, Dan being the hero he is, said “ hold on that won’t do, I’ll get something to crank them down. “ Dan swiftly left to the back of the store and grabbed some channellocks presumably, one only fit for a man of his calibre and tightened up the bolts making sure they won’t back out causing the plate to fall off. Finally the plate is secure and the mission is accomplished all thanks to Dan! So moral of the story is, it helps to be prepared, however if you aren’t, all you need to do is ask the legend himself -Dan and all your worries will disappear! side note; He also has a fantastic handshake.
