I would give this location negative 10 stars if I could. No matter what time of day I come here, there is always a GIANT line to pick up prepaid printing or do any kind of shipping. What makes it all the more frustrating is the numerous employees who stand around and watch and don’t help and just act like it’s outrageous that they would ever consider helping you. It’s like this every time I come here. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes even for a very simple job better yet don’t come here and go anywhere else you can.

Amin and the other store clerk working at the print pick up were very helpful. Despite it being a very busy day in this section, they remained calm and provided great customer service. I saw them both work well with an upset customer and fixed the problem, and continued to treat all others with care.nThanks for your hard work.
