5 stars on Customer Service, 1 star on Appliance Sales. Appliance department sales people lack in consistent knowledge. 3 different sales people told us 3 different stories about their delivery /installation service. To make matter even worse, when we ordered our appliances we were not told the order was 'special', and 15% restocking fee would have been applied if it was cancelled after 3 business days. Fortunately the Customer Service team was able to resolve the matter for us.

I went to this branch to buy a lock for my basement door. Lady called Glenys helped me to make sure i have the right lock. I was very impressed by her amazing customer service. I am very thankful to her.

I feel sorry for the staff... they try hard, but when I go in with a list of 10 items and can only find seven of them because the staff tells me “we don’t stock that because it’s not popular enough” for something as basic 1 1/4 inch ABS pipe fittings that is a joke. Then when I go to cash out all they have is self check out because they obviously don’t feel like paying to have cashiers anymore…6 person lineup for 4 machines of which one was “cash only.” The poor lady working couldn’t do anything but apologize for the wait while 4 checkouts are completely unused. What a terrible business model

Lots of good lumber..helpful staff..you can rent tools at a reasonable price.
