I received the best customer service from Allen, Joudi and Steve at the Leslie/Elgin Mills location who really went above and beyond. They were so helpful, knowledgable and provided the solution I was looking for. I greatly appreciated their support and kindness. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would for this Home Depot. Especially the tall guy with short black curly hair in the customer service counter at 3:30pm today!nnTerrible experience at Home Depot today. The sign clearly says: First 4 cuts free, then $1 per cut. But the staff insisted it’s charged per piece of wood, which makes no sense. When I asked Customer Service, a tall guy with short black curly hair told me: “It’s whatever the other guy says, he decides how to charge. We’re busy, and if you cut many, of course you’ll pay more”.nnThat’s outrageous. First, the cutting area was empty, not busy at all. Second, how can pricing in a big company depend on one employee’s mood? On top of that, he tried to skip us in line until another customer pointed out we were there first. His attitude was dismissive, rude, and made me feel discriminated against.nnI left extremely angry. Home Depot needs to fix its staff training in the customer service counter and stop letting employees make up their own rules.nnThe Aurora location is the best Home Depot!

RETURNS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A DISASTER!! Seems this location would hire just about anyone. The Asian girl with black hair and ridiculously thick eyeliner, assuming she doesn't know how to speak. Or she doesn't speak English at all. The entire return process she didn't say a single word. Didn't make any eye contact. Looked completely spaced out. and at the end threw the receipt at us and walked away?!?! What kind of service is this? The attitude was quite concerning. After we left we realized she didn't process the refund properly. Please please provide proper training to your employees. This is embarrassing.

Went in this morning and had a pleasure meeting with Jason R. He helped me get custom paint for my custom DIY project. He went through all the options and explained them very well. The paint department is definitely in good hands.

Not bad, definitely better than Lowes. Sometimes it hard to find someone to help or ask a question, maybe its the time of day I come to shop come. Reza is very helpful and knowledgeable and also Dominic in the paint department. I also had a pleasant conversation with Mini at the cash. Overall not a bad place to shop. Good shopping experience. Maurisa was great. She's the best always pleasant and smiling makes my shopping experience great.
