Card's TV & Appliances

A friend of mine bought 2 appliances from this store. The fridge broke down 3 times in Less than a year and they refuse to replace it even though it's the same problem each time. Her dishwasher leaked the 1st week she had it and they won't replace it under the warranty. They will only send a repair man. This woman has been ill and In And out of hospital for treatments. She shouldn't have to worry about her new appliances failing! Please be careful when considering this store. If we stop shopping here maybe they will appreciate their customers more!

I believe they tell you the truth without the sales pitch. Plus if there is a problem they offer their own extended warranty of the products they sell. In more than 10 years I’ve never had one problem. Their installation teams are awesome as well. Really go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.

Shady. Haines practises! Bought 2 Appliances from Cards and both failed. My $3000+ KitchenAid fridge failed within the first year (stopped cooling and freezing completely), then after having the computer board replaced, it failed twice more, and all Card’s would do was keep sending a repairman to “fix it”. Waiting for it to fail a fourth time now! Second appliance (Whirlpool dishwasher) leaked all over my kitchen floor after being installed. Again, a brand new unit, failing within the first week of being in my house and all Cards wants to do is send a repairman-this after my salesperson, Darryl, offered to exchange the unit. The owner , Ainsley Card, decided the next day that she would offer to repair this second brand new appliance. My neighbor told me they had problems with a new washing machine that leaked all down their walls and caused excessive water damage to their new home and Cards just blamed the manufacturer and did nothing about the situation! This is a small mom and pop store with shady business practises. It won’t be long before people get word and stop buying from them. These are your typical “used car salesman” business people. They are only interested in their bottom line and don’t stand behind the products they sell, only hide behind the manufacturers warranty and you get stuck with their lemons!

Great service every time we have been in there. Small Town store where the sales reps at least seem to give honest answers. Quick turnaround and install times.

My family has been buying from Cards for years, including my grandmother, my mother and now myself. The customer service is amazing. Its a family owned store that stands behind their products. We have never had an issue with any of our appliances purchased here (newest ones being our freezer, washer and dryer) and the staff are always ready to answer our questions and give us a good price. Highly recommended!
