Better than the location at Victoria Park & Eglinton but don’t be surprised if you are rung through while the cashier is on her cell phone and having a personal conversation while you help pay her hourly wage. How can some people actually function that way in such a role? At least tell the person you’re on the phone with to hold on, you’ve got a customer. I think I’ll be going to Ren’s at Eglington and Lebovic from now on. I just hope they install a dog wash soon!

Clean store that is well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have the dog wash station that u can bring and shower your dogs there.

Amazingly friendly staff. Excellent service. Very helpful. Since we couldn't carry our cat tree home on the bus the owner offered to drive the cat tree and us home for free.
