CAA Store - Don Mills

I went to get an international driver's license and they made it incredibly easy. The store contains many travel items that can be useful for almost anybody but her not all easy to find elsewhere

Went in to CAA to get an internation drivers permit. Very helpful and fast. They took the photos right there and I was in and out in 15 mins.

Friendly helpful staff, quick in and out (Free!) passport photos. All good!

I am litrally still on hold 30 mins end of membership for my family and friends Also was told tow truck would arrive at 10:55 (was told at 7:30) still sitting here Also paid for corporate and every time i call they say u have basic and put me on hold for even longer now even tho i have a card that says corporate Update sharmish from caa employ number chyd Told me 7am the next day i might have a possibility of a tow

CAA is AWFUL. I called at 11:30 today...its 7:00 PM and still waiting. I decided to go on hold....took a screen shot after listening to their recorded message for 2 hours and 23 minutes. Its so unreliable why would anyone ever join. FIrst time i ever actually called in years...;and THE LAST. STAY AWAY from this awful service.
