Needed to buy a BBQ for our daughter and went first to BBQ World, there the salesperson was more interested in a sale and any model we looked at was the best. Not only that no promotions until we mentioned we were looking elsewhere. Spoke with Mike at Dickson was given a lot of information, offered a promotion plus. The transaction was pleasant and easy.

From calling for inventory check, to directing me to online, to predicting exact arrival of shipping, to best price... This had to be the smoothest transaction in a long time. They beat out other online stores and even the big box stores.
