Canadian Tire

Amazing service from Steve and Alex. They both worked together to find me what I needed. Even though it was packed away for the season they came through and helped me find my product. Thanks so much guys. Success starts with Teamwork!

Been to 9 different Canadian Tire stores, this one was the best out of all of them. In fact, the experience in this store would be one of the best experiences I have had in a retail store. Fast, polite, knowledgeable, and professional service. 35 minutes for an oil change despite it being busy. Other (almost all) Canadian Tire stores had associates who are extremely rude, barely speak English, lazy, and quote you 6 hours to do a tire rotation/oil change. It is a shame I have to drive 30 minutes away from Toronto to receive such polite, respectful service from real CANADIAN people and not from refugees who swear at you using their home language for asking if there is an item in the back (happened to me before in a Canadian Tire store).

You can never find any stuff on the floor to assist in locating products. Always have people following you around trying to get you to sign up for a Canadian tire credit card. Poor store layout, wouldn't you think to have tape by the gift wrap especially at Christmas? They have the gift wrap at one corner of the store and the only tape is in the paint section.

Good store, with a wide selection of products. Good stock of oil filters and tools, as well as home products and seasonal decor. The store is directly connected to the next door Mark's.

I have been going to this Canadian Tire for more then several years and never recieved such bad service. A lady at the customer service area, named Lindsay, had given the worst service ever. Terrible.
