Most ridiculous and unreasonable rule I've ever seen. Short version: ignored the sign because where else am I supposed to put my two babies? Got yelled at. Never been yelled at before in a store. Long version: noticed some candy themed socks the other day while with my husband, and decided to go back today while he was at work to get them as a surprise stocking stuffer. Packed the kids up, which all parents know is a whole journey itself. Made it over there, saw the new sign. I couldn't even believe it, I'd never been banned from a store before. There was no way I could shop in the store without bringing the stroller with me—this is why us moms have strollers! I thought surely it won't be an issue. Definitely did not want to head home with nothing accomplished. Moms shouldn't have to get babysitters just to do some simple shopping. I thought, maybe the workers will see me and understand that the rule is ridiculous. I was yelled at from across the store, me and another mom with a stroller. Then was scolded a few times as I was leaving. I was told people with strollers are thieves and so this is the only thing the store can do, they have no choice. If they have a problem with theft, that is not every moms issue, it's theirs. They can keep an extra close eye on those with strollers, but banning them is crossing the mama bear line Still bought my items, though I shouldn't have. I feel ashamed that I still gave them my business after they made me feel so insignificant. Not sure how else to protest without causing another scene except by sharing this. Everyone was looking at me when I was being scolded! It's needlessly embarrassing. I don't get it.
hard to get around with my family without my stroller. its sad how much business they are losing. my sister, wife, and neighbour friend used to go all the time. I can't go with my kids anymore and check out the unique snacks with them. poor decision. can't wait for them to come to their senses
We used to enjoy shopping here regularly, but I was kicked out today because I brought my stroller in, which apparently is no longer allowed. They would prefer I leave it outside the store so that my things can get stolen instead of theirs. What they expect me to do with the child inside the stroller remains a mystery. I would have to arrange childcare now in order to be able to shop at this store, and quite frankly, there is nothing they sell that's worth it. Happily taking my business elsewhere, where my child and stroller are welcome.
I got some faucet stuff yesterday. I did not need any help except to be pointed in the correct direction. My cashier Tiffany was polite, fast and professional. Wonderful service!
I used to buy my soap supplies here for my small business. I'm a working mom, so I need to bring my baby with me. They have around 6 of these hanging all over the entrance. I can tell my business isn't wanted anymore.
Wow. No strollers? Leave strollers outside the store at my own discretion? What should I do with my children? Am I supposed to leave them outside the store at my own discretion? Are you kidding me?? Will never shop here again. Owner/store manager Mike I believe should be ashamed.
I bought a snow blower which I ordered online and picked up here. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They got everything done in few minutes and was very helpful. This is my happy place
The cashier was very polite and personable and pleasant with the customers. She went above and beyond the call of the job, and made the experience superb for us. Thanks.
Their deals are so good I thought the store was shutting down. Good vibes, great customer service, excellent price point, and I highly recommend for all your household needs.
This place is so weird. It's like partially a hardware store but you're probably not going to find what you're looking for because it is so small and mostly a liquidation warehouse. You're going to find super cheap snacks/food, toys, knick-knacks, etc. Not what you expect in a hardware store. The employees all seem young and fun and friendly except this one girl who is MISERABLE! She is always crusty and has attitude and she is the only one so you will know exactly who I am talking about. Everyone is eager to help except this one girl, idk what her problem is lol. Anyway I like this weird little store because you never know what you're going to find. They have close-to-expiry chocolates, chips, cases of drinks if you're into that I am
