This is a great store. All employees are very helpful and nice.

Found a lot rare stuff in there with good price. Insulation underpayment, got size tile with marble pattern. Really good product

As a newer home improvement chain, they've got competitive prices for a lot of products. Selection of some items is iffy often the full line of a single brand. Seemed like they have more staff on hand than most Home Depots on a weeknight. Staff in various departments weren't as experienced in their areas as I'd hoped on this visit, since we needed some guidance picking out items for a project. Maybe we came during a stocking shift. If you know what you're looking for, this store is great.

This place is a great alternative to Home Depot and Lowe's. It has good selection and competitive pricing. Don't expect too much from it since this is still big box store but it definitely deserves being looked at together with others. Love their key making machine - fast, cheap and excellent quity. Made a lot of keys and all of them worked perfectly.

I went in for a great paint sale and called ahead to ensure I could colour match. The paint specialist, Armita, was the most knowledgable and helpful person I've gotten in a paint department. She made sure I understood the options and was able to answer all my questions. The service was very fast and professional. It made my task so much easier! The store also did price matching, and had no line ups midday with friendly cashier staff, so I was thrilled. Much better experience than home depot or similar, with better prices. I will certainly return for future purchases!!!

I was back to this store after a long time. Yesterday and today to purchase tools and building supplies. The service was excellent first when approached by Amrita, the only female associate in the hardware department with a very kind and hardworking approach yesterday. She helped me a lot and took her time to explain and provide me with the information related to my inquiry. Today, William, a true gentleman in the department helped me to the extent that I could say no one has ever provided me with such service in any retail store and I am a constant shopper at different big box stores. He is a professional, humble, not pushy kind of human being, and you feel bonded with him from the moment you start interacting with him; it is like you have known him forever. Thank you, William, and all the staff for such an excellent service. I have already referred the brand to my clients in Markham, Peterborough and elsewhere. And I will undoubtedly continue coming to this location even though it is far, but worth the drive, indeed.

Very organized and clean. Easy to find what you're looking for. And customer service is phenomenal! I've had them place orders for me and have gone out of their way to get it to me for when I needed it. Always set things aside for me. Super nice, very knowledgeable. and willing to go above and beyond to help.

Lady at checkout was very nice. I went for 8'baseboards and the only had 16'. Asked manager if I could have them for the price of 2 8' since they weren't in stock and a resounding no was my answer. And I was told coming soon on the website should read probably not happening. Wow...

I will never go back there ever again. The Contractors Desk are bunch of bully people that absolutely don't know what they're doing. It took them four days to place my order. At the end I had to yell at them that I could not drive another 40 minutes for fifth times because they didn't know how to place an order. They give you very bad attitude when you ask them for small help. Once I wanna to return something to contractors desk, the girl working there had had to do it many times because she didnt know how it had to be done. Then she tried to bully me and give me store credit instead of returning my money back to my credit card. FYI it's there policy that they have to return your money to your original payment method if the item was purchased less than 30 days. The girl said she had to do that because she didn't want to get fired! I guess they don't have the culture of taking care of customer makes them and the company stay in business. Huge disappointment on Contractors desk at Reno Depot Aurora. Would never order anything from there. They waste your time and energy and make you leave with a very bitter taste in your mouth.

We had to get kitchen cabinets and the service we received at the Aurora Reno Depot was phenomenal. Mitchel and Carmella at customer service and Bruce in Kitchens made our purchase so easy. All three were super helpful and courteous. If you need to pick between Lowes, Home Depot and Reno Depot, I suggest this location for its service. Thanks you three for making our purchase easy. BTW, the cabinets are made in Canada and the store has complimentary popcorn...our kids loved it.
