Starbucks - York Mills & Lesmill

Just placed an order with normal ice level and look what I got. The taste is good as usual but the amount is a bit oddly less.nLast time I ordered less ice and it looked the same. No wonder Starbucks Q1/2024 profit missed their forecast!!!

I like to study here and the staff are great. Their service is pretty prompt in my experience. The food and drinks are as expected at your usual Starbucks.nnOne thing I’ll say is they might be able to improve their atmosphere if they didn’t play clubbing/runway music at 7am. Perhaps I need better headphones.

Went through the drive through this morning, with my granddaughter. Today is her birthday. When I mentioned it to the staff and asked them were they not going to sing to her they all came together on queue without hesitation, and sang happy birthday to her.! What an amazing bunch of young professional people ! Very spontaneous quick on their feet and efficient.Awesome !!! Service way to go Starbucks employees.!!!!

Great friendly staff & my order is consistent everytime. Today I added Oat Milk to my Pike and what a game changer. It's great to see dairy alternatives available. Best breakfast sandwich is the Double Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg.nGreat modern atmosphere.

I ordered a trenta spocy dragon fruit drink, with less lemonade and I was given a drink that was 1/3 empty!! When I ask why they said because I asked for less lemonade and for extra base it’s an extra charge, this was not an option on the app and it’s kind of crazy to hand a customer a drink where the cup is just over half full?? They told me that I should have come in and ordered instead of using the app but I have to get back to work and that’s the whole point of ordering ahead?? I go to this Starbucks frequently and have small issues here and there but the staff is usually friendly and I have no issues.nnThe staff today argued with me and said they couldn’t add the lemonade since I asked for less and then they refused to help me any further. I left and am very upset that an 8$ drink was given to me with almost half of it empty….
