I had an awesome experience at the Home Depot on Castlemore Ave in Markham and it was all due to a gentleman by the name of Nick P.nnI needed assistance to find some screws. I went to the aisle 18 and he happened to be there. I approached him and asked if he could help me. He immediately began to help me look for the screws that I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient in helping me find the screws that I needed in a timely manner. His friendly disposition, expertise, and professionalism were impressive and greatly appreciated!nnNick P. is a great asset to the Home Depot! I will definitely be returning to this location and will hopefully have the opportunity to be assisted by him again!
Worst experience ever I have a paint company Raftaar Painting inc bought a sprayer machine worth of $880 have 90 days warranty still under warranty manager of Stouffvill home depot refuse to change it. the pump was not holding the pressure he said it have paint on it , come on man it’s a paint sprayer am I supposed to sapray water with it
The staff Ali and Hamza went above and beyond my expectations at all times. From suggesting/showing products and to my absolute astonishment, carrying and placing it in the back of my vehicle. They were both genuinely eager to help and nice people. Customer care at its finest.
Great shopping experience from Garden Center and Rental Center ! Don is the one who helped me renting a Drain Cleaner, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional ! ! The Garden Center is so tidy and clean, one Asian guy who wear sunglasses he helped me pick the tree I want, Tanya is the cashier, very sweet and helpful ! Musa and Muhsin they helped me carry the giant Mulberry tree to my car, very pleasant shopping experience! ! Thanks to you all again for your excellent customer service, well done! !
The Home Depot Castlemore branch is clean, spacious and top tier customer service all around. I frequent this location as I live in the area and have always received excellent customer service here. For example, I went in today Mar.31/2023 to duplicate my key and Selva from Hardware department not only asked if I needed help but did go on to assist me throughout. I was looking at tiles and the salesperson there not only greeted me but asked if I needed assistance.
