I purchased a fridge from Home Depot Aurora location, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Zoe, the sales representative, who helped me, was extremely kind, professional, and patient. She gave me great advice and went above and beyond to assist me, even staying after the store had closed to make sure my purchase was fully completed. The delivery was also outstanding, very professional and smooth, with friendly and respectful drivers. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Home Depot Aurora for their excellent service and professionalism
There is a cashier working there who always upsets me. She never told me her name, and her name tag was so messy it couldn’t be read. She works in the self-checkout section, is a woman with white hair. Not just me, but many customers feel bothered by her attitude. She always makes me feel uncomfortable and ruins my mood. I will never shop at this branch again. I’m truly disappointed in this location and in such a big company that clearly doesn’t understand customer service
One of the worst services I have ever received at this location. I did a reservation to rent a tool 2 days in advance and received the confirmation 4 hours before pick up time. When I got there, they said they don’t have the tool, and when I told them that I have confirmation, the lady who I assume was a manager said “you can come and look for it and if you found it, you can take it with you”. A service cannot be any worse than that. I will never visit this store ever.
