nn“I had an amazing experience with Peyman in the Paint Department at Home Depot. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything in detail and guided me to the best products for my project. His kindness and willingness to help went above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely awful experience. There was an issue with my appliance order and I was sent on a wild chase of message relay with no managers in site to speak with until it was too late. I was expected to take a second day off of work to accept a delivery that should’ve been correct the first time. Long story short, good luck getting an appropriate resolution to the problem, you’ll be passed along from person to person. This store has poor communication between employees. They expect you to do their work and make all these phone calls in order to initiate a resolution even when the problem originates with the stores mistake.nnINFORMATION I have learned after numerous phone calls:n-You cannot return appliances to the store. Appliances can only be returned 24-48hrs after receiving them, additionally you have to call to receive a pickup date for the appliance and will be charged a restocking fee. Even when the order mistake is not your ownn-Your refund will not be processed until the item is picked up which in some instances could be a while, especially if you’re not wanting to take a day off of work to wait around for the delivery pickupn-My advice, get on the phone right away before the delivery team leaves if your delivery order is incomplete or not correct, and let them know everything is being sent back with the delivery team so a refund could be initiated instead of having to wait for a later pickup date and going around in circles.nnFurthermore, after doing more research I have found another company that does appliance deliveries within 1-2 days. My recommendation, do your research before making a final purchase. I made the mistake a trusting of trusting a well known company such as Home Depot to be a safe choice to make my purchases.nnI have learned my lesson and all my future purchases will be going elsewhere.
I want to shout out all the employees that work at this location! I have consistently received great customer service every visit from floor staff, returns or check out, especially during the times I have a question or require assistance with locating an item.nnOn my most recent visit, the staff went above and beyond, promptly locating the items in the back room and carting out a few for me even before restocking the items on pallets in the aisle.nnThank you very much. The friendly and professional service is why I will always shop at this Home Depot whenever I can.
This was for a rental truck. I returned the truck and filled up the gas, but the employee told me it was not enough and said it needed about $5–$6 more. He told me that if I didn’t want to go fill it up again, he would charge $25 to my credit card.nnI decided to go to a nearby gas station to fill it up. At that time, the fuel gauge was not moving, so I kept filling until I spent about $30 to make sure the tank was full. I preferred to overfill rather than underfill because I didn’t want to go back and forth again.nnWhen I returned the truck, the employee said I had overfilled it and thanked me. I then asked for my money back because I only needed to add $5–$6, but I ended up paying over $30. He refused to refund me and only he said thank you for filling the tank completely.nnI became very upset, and he said there was nothing he could do. Because of this experience, I will not recommend to come this store again. I give them zero stars.
I had a fantastic shopping experience at this location today! Jackson was super helpful and really friendly. He shared his knowledge and helped me pick out the perfect products for my deck repaint project. I truly appreciated
