Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel

My stay at the Sandman was excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is not included, but it was good too. The location is great, as you are in the heart if downtown. The parking was good and I felt that my vehicle was safe in the underground parking. There are definitely some noticeable issues downtown, but this not the fault of the hotel and is in many locations downtown. In saying this, I was never worried while walking around. The Sandman is a great value and I will stay here again.

I was currently there for a course and had a great experience. All staff made me feel comfortable and safe. Great shops inside and is in a great location to get around downtown. The pedways make it extremely easy to get around inside from building to building, especially on cold Edmonton days. If I was traveling from out of town I would definitely stay here.

I cannot say enough great things about Alex and Emmanuel at the hotel front desk! Their dedication and helpfulness made my stay truly exceptional. No matter what issue came up, big or small, they solved it right away with a smile, making me feel valued and cared for every single time. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction sets a new high standard for what a hotel experience should be. Thanks to Alex and Emmanuel, I had an unforgettable stay, and I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

I enjoy staying here.nLocation on the pedway is convenient no jackets needed to go to events at Rogers!.nRooms have a microwave and fridge great for allergies.nPool and hot tub area is always clean and very nice with views.nHot tub is always a good temperature.nRooms still have robes available most hotels have moved away from offering robes.nGood check in/out times. Check in 3pm and check out 12pm.

Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade which was wonderful. The only drawback was it was an executive room but it was right across from the elevator. The elevator noise did put a damper on our sleep because we heard people using the elevator when we were trying to sleep. I had an early hospital procedure which I needed to have a restful sleep for. Otherwise the whole hotel experience was good.
