Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel

My friend and I stayed here for the first time at the end of February and it was a fabulous stay! We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were great, and clean, along with comfy beds, variety of pillows to choose from and great blankets. Nice view too! Was a quick, easy walk through the pedway inside to get to the Rogers Place for our concert. Very convenient.

Do you like feeling spoiled? Whether it's a stay cation like we chose to have or you are here on business or pleasure. This hotel is where it's at!! Treated so well I left elated and refreshed by each experience I had with it's incredible, attention to detail, knowledgeable staff. in the hotel we felt like rock stars but the real magic was in chops exquisite food and irreplaceable service. The management is on top point with the way they run things. I was super satisfied and have been back to visit since our stay! When you get it all in one place and you are in the city center close to all the shows and fun cocktail bars! It was like being in a different place than the home you live in. Stay cation of a lifetime Thanks everyone at the sandman and chop we love you all and will see you again soon!!

Hotel is nice. Not impressed that rooms don't get made up each day. They also had the pool shut down in the middle of the day, on a weekend. Why wouldn't you clean the pool either early in the morning or during the week when families with kids typically aren't staying there? It seems weird to shut a pool down at noon on a saturday when the hotel is filled with kids who want to swim. Good location.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work, staff was super friendly and sweet. Appreciate that they don’t clean unless you request it so you get a lot of privacy. Especially considering it’s downtown it’s very quiet and peaceful. The pool, hot tub and gym on the top floor was really nice and accessible. And there’s tons of amenities nearby.nnReally the only concern was the bathrooms have no fans so it can get a bit stuffy. It takes a while for the steam to clear but otherwise it was lovely!

Good location is you need to be downtownnParking is excellentnCleaning of the room isn’t good . Nothing is wiped down of cleaned . They just make the bed and replace amenities. No vacuuming pr actually cleaning . I was disappointed with the cleaning .nnThe walls are very thin. Not sounds proof ! We could hear a couple next door . It was terrible .nnAir conditioning was very very noisy .nnAverage hotel but no value for money
