Wonderful stay from start to finish! Rooms and food were excellent. Had a massage and it was a real treat great attention to detail. Floating in the pool soaked in the hot tub and enjoyed the steam and sauna. A perfect little mini escape

We fell in love with this hotel! It’s worth every cent spent! The rooms are very cozy and stylish, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and caring. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and squash. There is also a spa but it is better to book in advance as it is a popular place, a restaurant on the ground floor with delicious food. Special thanks for the pleasant services gifts that you made in honor of the birthday. We will definitely come back here!

We recently spent three nights at the Fairmont and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier, specifically the valet team, who made our comings and goings completely seamless.nThe room was beautiful, spacious, and very well-appointed. It was the perfect home base for us, especially since we were traveling with our two dogs. Being able to bring them along made the trip so much more enjoyable, and the dedicated dog relief area outside was incredibly convenient.nThe amenities were a major highlight. We spent quite a bit of time at the pool, which is a fantastic saltwater setup, and the addition of a steam room and sauna provided the perfect way to unwind after a long day. We also made sure to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was truly excellent—definitely worth staying in for!nWe loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, accommodating, and high-quality getaway.

The staff are such incredibly beautiful people. They are lovely and so willing to help with anything. Always such a wonderful experience. Everyone is so personable and kind and will call you by name. The hotel itself is amazing, but it’s spectacular because of the staff.nThere are some exceptionally rude , disgusting and entitled guests here, who I’ve witnessed treating the staff horribly and they handle it with such grace and dignity.
