Rosslyn Inn and Suites

I had a wonderful stay at Room 214 in Rosslyn Inn.nnThe bed was so comfortable that you would hardly notice if the person beside you was tossing and turning during the night. The room felt cozy and inviting, and the beautifully laid floor tiles added a warm, homey ambiance to the space.nnThey have sufficient hot water supply, which made for a relaxing shower after a long and tiring day. The jacuzzi was great. It is the perfect place to unwind and soak while enjoying the cozy atmosphere created by the nearby fireplace. It truly elevated the overall experience.nnThe TV channel selection was good, but I am nkt really a fan of TV. But the sports bar downstairs changed my perspective. With its huge screens showing a variety of sports channels, it's a great spot to catch a game while playing a round of pool and VLTs. Such a nice addition to the hotel and a fun way to spend the evening.nnThe location is another major advantage. It's conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everyone's local favorite, Tim Hortons, making it easy to grab anything you need during your stay.nnOverall, Rosslyn Inn offers comfort, relaxation, entertainment, and convenience all in one place. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Need to take an appointment for laundrynThem push you to an atm machine for cash and then can provide change for it.nnNo poolnnA restaurant that closes at 8pmnnA bar with pool tables, vlt and sports channels on TV. Rooms are oknNo cooking other than microwave and coffee...

The room we got was clean and smelled nice. Nicely prepared. Spacious and really great as we rested pretty well.

Rosslyn Inn is overal great. I was at the Holiday Inn North, dirty and killed 2 carpet beetles in 2 days. Housecleaning never replaced the mattress cover the 10 days I stayed. The windows would only open to 2 inches, they had a screw. In the window track so it couldn't open anymore. FIRE HAZERD?

The night lady at the reception is absolutely appalling. Her attitude is completely unnecessary. Hotel staff should have some basic customer service knowledge, and clearly, this one lacks it. I’ve stayed here before, and the staff was always friendly. However, this lady completely shattered my trust in the hotel. I’m very disappointed with how she spoke to my wife and me, refusing to give us a room in this cold weather with snow storm and with our two-year-old just because my wife she didn’t have a physical ID.
