Rosslyn Inn and Suites

I was pleasantly surprised. I made a mistake booking and thought I was going to a hotel I’d stayed at before. When I arrived at the parking lot and realized my mistake I was a bit disheartened as it looked a bit rough from the outside more so the parking lot than the building, but that’s just Edmonton. The front desk staff 2 ladies were exceptionally polite and professional. The room was spotless. Shower was nice. I’ve stayed in many similar prices hotels in the city and this one is above average for the price. It ain’t NICE NICE, but for the price, much nicer than most in that range and has lots of restaurants/Walmart/Safeway within walking distance.

I changed rooms because my bed was wet, During the night I returned to my room because housekeeping said they were able to change my sheets. In the morning, they were confused why I was back in the room, I explained why, and they decided to charge me for 2 rooms. Never coming back. Plus the culture is so trash unless you are a bum stay away from this hotel.

For the price u pay it was quite small and the coffee machine had to be cleaned out like 3 times before we could try and use it... cause looks like they have never cleaned it ....it just kept looking very yucky after every rinse as per the pic above so went out for coffee...area okay...and noisy at night

The staff were really really nice. They made me feel comfortable and safe considering the circumstances. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. I would definitely go back and reccomend them for people especially for those with animals.

Front Desk KC was a ray of sunshine, very accommodating and competent. The room was excellent, clean with lots of towels. The AC, TV and fridge worked. No complaints at all.
