Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre

If I tell you about my stay. I had a good experience at this hotel during my stay. I arrived super late at night and feeling extremely tired and eager to get to my bed .After I entered, , I was greeted by staff member named navam i hope I pronounce her name right . She was incredibly friendly and handled my check in efficiently. I appreciated that staffs sweet demeanour especially after long staff of travel . Once checked in, I made my way to my room to get so much rest lol. The next morning I enjoyed a lovely breakfast that was really good actually. Overall , i had a wonderful experience and i am for sure this hotel next time .

This hotel was beautiful, we were in an older section, my cousin in the more modern which was 5 star plus our room was still great, clean. I loved loved the rustic christmas atmosphere...a place where still celebrated. A bonus. Great pub... needs a little bit tlc. But, I think they in the process. In industrial area. Am so for business that is great, or have a car. But it still was great even with Uber rides. Breakfast buffet, was good. Location may not be every one cup of tea. I didn't mind, but I really thought it was good, if the renovations are kept up. This be diamond. Extra bonus security in elevators to get to floors. That a major plus for safety.

I was impressed by the modern interior, spacious bathroom, and high standards of hygiene maintained throughout the hotel. The heating worked perfectly despite the cold weather outside, making the room feel cozy and pleasant.nnBreakfast was another highlight—fresh food, a great variety, and attentive staff ensuring everything was well-stocked. I also used the fitness center and found it clean and well-equipped. The hotel’s peaceful ambiance, combined with great service, made it a perfect escape from daily stress.nnEverything from the cleanliness to the hospitality was top-notch. But the front desk team truly made the difference with their kindness, quick responses, and helpful mindset. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family, and business travelers.!

From the moment I walked into Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre, the front desk staff Miss Gayatri Yadav made me feel truly welcomed. Their warm smiles, quick check-in process, and willingness to assist with every little detail were exceptional. They patiently answered all my questions and even helped me with directions around the city. Their professionalism and kindness made a long journey feel completely worth it.nnThe hotel itself is incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, cozy, and spotless, with comfortable bedding and all necessary amenities. I loved the quiet atmosphere, which made my stay peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of fresh options every morning.nnThe location of the hotel is also perfect—close to major areas yet peaceful enough to enjoy a restful stay. Housekeeping was punctual and did a fantastic job every day. I also appreciated the ample parking space and smooth Wi-Fi connection.nnOverall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The front desk team deserves special appreciation for making guests feel at home the moment they arrive. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edmonton.

1 Check-in was fast and easy.n2 Front staff very pleasant.n3 Room was easy to find, extremely clean and modern with A/C which would have been nice on a very hot day/evening but it was a bit cold out that night as it snowed a little in the day. It took some time to figure out the thermostat but once we did it was nice. Also the blanket was a little thin and I was going to ask for another one but just don’t bother. In the morning I saw an extra one on top of the closet by the washroom.n4 King bed with plenty of pillows, very comfortable.n5 Washroom, modern, mostly clean. The toilet seat was peeling a little but not too much of a big deal, the tub is also newer but could have used a little more love in the cleaning department.nI’m just an overly clean freak and I critique everything, that being said, it wasn’t that bad.n6 Breakfast, it would have been nice if I had gotten down there on time, my fault. From the little I got, it was good.nnAfter we checked out and left the lobby, I remembered I left something in the room, I went back to the front desk and I was helped immediately and one of the lovely ladies took me up to the room to retrieve my belonging.nnOverall it was a pretty great stay, I highly recommended this location.
