I had a really nice stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming.nnWhat really stood out to me was the friendly and helpful staff—especially Gayatri at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made check-in smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my stay.nnHighly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a warm experience!

I was traveling alone and picked this hotel based on reviews and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Amber at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional. He even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise, you don’t see that very often these days! It made my stay even more enjoyable.nThe room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the hotel pool, it’s open until 11pm, which is perfect if you’re arriving late or just want a quiet evening swim. The long pool hours really made a difference for me, as I was able to relax after a busy day.

I’m impressed with the hotel and the amenities. We enjoyed with family at the Pool and hot tub. Enjoyed a great breakfast buffet with good options. Premium rooms are quite spacious and immaculate. All the staff are quite friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff Gayatri is extremely helpful and suggested must visit places in Edmonton and transit route as well. Overall it is a pleasant stay and I will definitely come visit again

I entered the lobby and was warmly welcomed by Amber at the front desk. He was pleasant, engaging, professional and courteous. He offered advice on suitable rooms for me, the hotels amenities and recommended a visit to the restaurant/pub. The food was great…and I look forward to staying at this location in the future.

The staff at this hotel truly impressed me with their honesty and care. I had forgotten important personal items in my room, and housekeeping not only found it but took the time to call me right away. Their integrity and professionalism are deeply appreciated and I would stay again at this property.
