Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel by APA

One of the best hotel stay in a while. We've got here by an Uber so parking wasn't an issue. We found tons of parking spots available though.nVery kind and welcoming from the front desk made us feel great after our long trip.nOur room was clean, nicely equipped and has a great city view. The bed was so comfortable. We really liked our bathroom especially warm toilet seat.nEverything is adequate and functioning properly.nDecent restaurants, bars, pubs and cafes are conveniently located nearby and it made our stay in this hotel more7 enjoyable. We spent more than an hour every evening in the pool facility. Really enjoyed the hot tub and steam sauna.nThere are three elevators running for guests. They are very fast and comes in no time almost every time.nConcierge staff was always attentive and paying his attention to guests in the lobby. We were kinda lost finding washrooms or stairs and he showed up and helped us every time before even we were looking for a help.nDefinitely would stay here again when we have a chance to visit in edmonton.nReally appreciate to staffs to help us had a great time staying.

I travelled to attend a technical conference, and this hotel provided the best rate among others. I was skeptical, but I thought, “Just two nights — I can handle it.” I had bad experiences with other hotels before, and for the rate, I wasn’t expecting much.nnTo my surprise, it exceeded all of my expectations with flying colors from the moment I arrived and parked my car for check-in. Everything about the room and the service was a great experience from the beginning.nnI have stayed in fancy hotels where you pay a fortune per night, but this hotel provided better service and a better experience than those places. I’m happy I stayed here, and in the future, it will definitely be my go-to place when I visit Edmonton again.nnGreat job to everyone!

Recently stayed the night here. Our room was clean! The beds were comfy & the pillows were nice. Moving throughout the hotel via the parking lot through the staircases is a different vibe to the rest of the hotel. More dated I guess? But I would stay again.

Perfect location, great prices, exceptional customer service!nnStaff is always willing and wanting to help.nnCheck-in was easy and they accommodated early check in by around 30 min as my flight got in early!nnStaff shoutouts: Joy and Peter- And the kind bellmen whose name I didn’t get.nnOnly thing is they charge for water bottles which I usually find is included at hotels, but it’s not a huge inconvenience. Buy or bring your own!nnWill definitely stay here again!

First time staying here and it was right downtown, close to a lot of shops and food places which was nice. I booked a king premium suite online and checked in with my family, my sister-in-law was going to sleep on the sofa bed. But there was none in the room, 3 workers from front desk came up to check if there actually wasn’t a sofa bed.. and then said sorry we will bring a cot. Which was fine we had a late check in and were tired. They said they would figure it out tomorrow but didn’t get back to me or give me any type of discount for the king suite with no sofa bed which I booked. The pool was a lot kind of dirty with no towels serviced so make sure you bring some from your room. There was a bathing suit sticker from a women’s bottoms, on the wall of pool. Other than all of that, the room was nice and it was clean.
