All I can say is excellent. The apartments above are impressive, the fifth-floor terrace and indoor community space are well designed, and the restaurant offers outstanding food and service. The hotel is also an exceptional venue for business meetings or special events, with professional management and well-maintained facilities.

My friends and I went to the main floor lounge tonight. We initially sat at the bar which honestly was not the greatest experience. All of the staff seemed like they had a bad case of the Mondays, 7 days a week. We eventually moved to a table side note the coconut shrimp were delicious. A young gentleman took over our table. I had a cough and asked him for a water. He asked if I would be okay with a hot water with lemon and ginger, I said yes. This amazing young man went above and beyond. That was what I needed. His calm, pleasant demeanour meant the world to me. I highly recommend SYED and the JW Marriott are very lucky to have this exceptional young man. Thank you.nnSincerely,nnLinda Lee

Me and my fiancée had an incredible experience at the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District. The service was absolutely amazing. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable and comfortable. I took my fiancée there for Valentine’s Day, and they surprised us with a personalized card printed with her name, which was such a thoughtful and special touch.nThe dining options were fantastic, and the Alchemy Bar was a standout — great atmosphere and excellent drinks. The pool and hot tub were also highlights, with an amazing view that made it even more relaxing.nEverything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for luxury, thoughtful service, and a memorable experience in Edmonton.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this hotel deserves a rave review! Although the room was smaller narrow than expected everything else was wonderful. The entire facility was clean and well taken care of by the staff. The staff was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Especially Elizabeth at the front desk. She want above and beyond to make us feel special during our stay. We appreciate the thoughtfulness from all!

Thank you JW Marriott for the great service and superb accommodation. Very professional. It’s not just a job but they make sure the guests are properly served and treated. This was my 4th stay with them and arrived last Sunday evening. I was checking in for the night and suddenly, another guest just waltzed forward and demanded he get serviced even though, the staff Aubrey was attending to me already but the guy insisted attention so Aubrey had to ask me if she can attend to that guest. After the guy left, Aubrey apologized for what happened but I said it’s not her fault and such things unfortunately happen and I understand the situation. Then on Wednesday, I got a complimentary white wine with letter of appreciation from Aubrey, Chelizi and the JW Marriott Guest Services Team. You guys didn’t have to do it, it’s all good and I appreciate the gesture! nnAlso thanks to Marisol for cleaning my suite and filling way more items to my hospitality tray.nnAlso would like to thank Arthur from the 5th floor. He remembers me from always getting lost when I go down to the 5th floor. In my defense, 5th floor is stacked with rooms and the doors/entrances seemed like a hidden door so it’s really funny . He gave me a ticket for a complimentary protein shake when he saw me on the elevator. The whole crew really remembers their guests!nnIt’s my pleasure to stay at JW Marriott and looking forward to my next stay!
