Fairfield Inn & Suites Edmonton North

Had a great stay, unfortunately our room was across from the very popular ice machine which was incredibly loud in our room when it was used. Also the machine would make loud ringing and humming noise in the middle of the night. Thankfully the staff were super understanding and kind and moved us to a much better room. Everything was clean and tidy, one thing I wish they provided lotion for the dryness in the air, when the heater is going it feels so dry inside that your eyes start to sting a little. Very grateful for kind and accommodating staff.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, parking weight room and pool included. Beds are comfortable, but the bathtubs are fairly shallow and narrow. Lots of restaurants within walking distance at the rear of building

Good hotel, gorgeous rooms but got stuck with a large group of girls being on the same floor as me and could clearly hear all the conversations, the door closing and opening, the loud laughing, the footsteps..everything. They were not silent at all!! Had to report it to front desk and they were very apologetic and got told they would deal with the group straight away. And this is only my first night! Writing this at 11:32pm when I have to get up at 6am tomorrow. Should be asleep but oh well

I booked this hotel not knowing it was under construction. In the morning we couldn't use the front doors due to cement drying. My partner and I traveled 5 hours the day before and we couldn't even shower the next day due to them having issues with no hot water. Completely understandable that things happen but when I called down to the front desk the girl offered to refund me 50$ for the trouble which was nice. We came down to check out 3 hours earlier then check out time and the 3 girls stood there and just looked at me and basically told me I was SOL. I will never stay at this hotel again. The inconvenience to offering to supplement that inconvenience to basically being told they can't help me. I've never had so much trouble with hotel staff before. Be aware of staying here, they don't seem to care about you.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were there to assist if we needed anything and were friendly. Breakfast was good, had lots of options to choose from and they refilled things regularly. Kid friendly. Had a nice pool. Good area lots of stores and food options around. Would come again.
