Delta Hotels Edmonton Centre Suites

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel! When we entered our room, we were shocked to find someone else already inside! We informed the front desk, but instead of giving us a new room immediately, they made us wait over an hour before we could check in. It was already late at night and we were exhausted, yet we had to pay the price for their mistake. This was truly disappointing both in terms of safety and efficiency! What was supposed to be a happy trip was completely ruined. I will never stay at this hotel again — even a two-star hotel would have been better!

I didnt actually stay here but I had a family member that was separated from his group at a concert he lost his phone and couldn't get ahold of anyone the front desk attendant was helpful with getting him home. My family member was surely displaced as he talked to me over a phone here. Its nice to see a hotel that cares about their community and that'll make the extra step to take care of their guests. Huge props to the lobby last night, I cant thank them enough.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, close to everything important... The area suffers from typical downtown challenges no reflection on the staff or to the great efforts to make things safe. Highly recommend!!

Most of the rooms have no windows. Don’t stay here if you like having natural light in your room. EDIT: the staff are amazing. While the room for our first night was not what we expected, they moved us to a new room the next night when one was available with a city view. Make sure you call the hotel and let them know in advance if you want an exterior facing window in your room.

I had a wonderful stay at the Delta Edmonton. Check in was extremely friendly and helpful making sure I knew how to park, gain access after hours, find restaurants distract 102 on 3rd floor, or access the gym. Would happily stay here again next time I’m in Edmonton.
