Delta Hotels Edmonton Centre Suites

We didn't find the beds very comfortable. Rooms were very clean, service was good. They had some nice touches like electrolyte mixes for you.nHowever, our room was also missing body wash and didn't have any bottled water, until we complained about not having body wash.

I stayed there for a single night and was upgraded! What a great room. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming. I recommend this hotel fully and it will be my go to from now on.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel! When we entered our room, we were shocked to find someone else already inside! We informed the front desk, but instead of giving us a new room immediately, they made us wait over an hour before we could check in. It was already late at night and we were exhausted, yet we had to pay the price for their mistake. This was truly disappointing both in terms of safety and efficiency! What was supposed to be a happy trip was completely ruined. I will never stay at this hotel again — even a two-star hotel would have been better!

Most of the rooms have no windows. Don’t stay here if you like having natural light in your room. EDIT: the staff are amazing. While the room for our first night was not what we expected, they moved us to a new room the next night when one was available with a city view. Make sure you call the hotel and let them know in advance if you want an exterior facing window in your room.

I had a wonderful stay at the Delta Edmonton. Check in was extremely friendly and helpful making sure I knew how to park, gain access after hours, find restaurants distract 102 on 3rd floor, or access the gym. Would happily stay here again next time I’m in Edmonton.
