Central booking was down for Marriott, so the front desk helped me reserve, very efficiently. The night and morning receptionists were both great. The basic King room had plenty of space and no hallway noise. The only thing this location is missing is Valet, which isn't really an option with the building layout. Self park at the Indigo garage is close enough and $22, but low ceilings. The bathroom lighting is on the darker side but plenty of towels. Room was nice and warm when I got there, big TV, comfy clean bed and nice pillows. Lots of charging outlets. Room rates are reasonable when comparing quality to nearby options like JW and Sandman.

Despite our last-minute booking, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for.nnThe hotel is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay.nnThis is hospitality and professionalism at its best. We would highly recommend staying here.

Listen, I spend 100+ nights on the road every year staying in Marriott properties around the world and it is the absolute best when I get to come here! The staff at this hotel are second to none. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and genuinely cares about delivering a superb experience. The rooms are comfortable and meticulously clean and it's an obvious point of pride for their housekeeping staff that they deliver on a great experience. The food is great too! Room service or dine-in, you can't go wrong. This is the spot if you're coming to Edmonton. They will take the best care of you.

Staff was incredible! Hotel is extremely dated especially for a Marriott. Im sure some rooms might have gotten upgrade unfortunately mine was dated. My top sheet was ripped. The shower was dated and had a faint grime smell. The room was not getting warm. They had to bring a space heater. Honestly for the price the room isnt worth it HOWEVER the staff is amazing and the lobby is beautiful. Location is amazing as well.

Clean room. Friendly helpful front desk staff. Did not like the shower; small and has an old overhead shower head that drips water on you, not ideal when you don’t want to get your hair wet first world problems I know. House keeping came in the morning and did not give us fresh glasses or replenish the coffee cups or coffee pods, not impressed.nBar tender Buddhika on the 3rd floor bar/restaurant was beyond amazing! Amazing food and drinks there.nWould I stay there again; if there’s no other option yes. For the price point I expected it to be better. The little things like replenishing the coffee pods or having fresh glasses go a long way. The value was not there for me.
