We recently had our wedding here and could not be happier with how everything turned out. From the beginning of the planning process to the wedding day itself, everything went so smoothly. The communication with Kate was amazing and we really appreciated the quick responses and support throughout the entire process.nnOur guests absolutely loved the food and we received so many compliments all night. Every dish was cooked perfectly and was a huge hit with everyone. The team also did such a beautiful job decorating the tables and setting up the reception space.nnWe are so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our ceremony and reception so special. Thank you to Kate and her entire team for helping create such an unforgettable day for us and our guests.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. David at the front desk was very welcoming, informative and friendly. At breakfast Deena was attentive and always on top of filling our coffee.nThe location is great! It’s close to great restaurants, the Roger’s Center and the Legislative Buildings. There is even a very cute little park across the street from the hotel.

Thanks to the outstanding staff at Matrix Hotel for making our stay an enjoyable and positive experience. I remember Chris in particular at reception, however we dealt with three different staff members and all were courteous and supportive. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and thoroughly. Deena in the restaurant Loft 106 was positive, welcoming and efficient. She made sure that the area was clean and well organized. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and we enjoyed it each of the four days we stayed. The dinner menu was flexible and the food was well prepared. I stayed here many times in the past for conferences and meetings … great to see that it has maintained its charm and character. Thanks for a great stay.

Very nice hotel. Would stay here again. Rooms were very clean. Only suggestion I have regarding safety in the bathroom. There are no grab bars for the shower/tub. Making it very dangerous for an elderly person, disabled guests or people like me… I’m a clutz and almost fell getting out of the deep shower/tub. Us shorties need a grab bar.nnDeena was our attendant at breakfast this morning. Very attentive and a joy to have met her.

My husband surprised me by taking me to the Loft for dinner for my birthday. We were greeted by a lovely friendly server, Andrea, who took such great care of us all evening. Her delightful smile and charming laugh made our experience memorable. Kudos to Anees, Assistant Manager, and Chef for the scrumptious dinner. The best steak we’ve ever eaten.
