Pet friendly, underground parking, beautiful view from outdoor pool. I love the wood burning fire places in the rooms for the cozy rustic feel. Only negative is that the rooms could use a little updating or maintenance. The past couple times I've been here, at least one of the burners don't work on the stove. All in all, a great place for good value in the off season

Stayed in the premium King Jacuzzi suite with my partner as we were provided an upgrade as our original room unexpectedly closed last minute due to issues. Excellent views and really enjoyed the private hot tub on the balcony. Only thing that is iffy for me is that these "Honeymoon Suites" are located right next to the public pool so you can definitely hear all that is going on at the pool. Wasn't a huge inconvenience for us as we were lucky that it was pretty tame but I can see this being an issue for some people if the pool area gets rowdy. The staff was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay here again based on the type of room and accommodations but i think it might be a bit expensive for us. Especially if you need to book 2+ nights.

Really starting to show it’s age, with mildew in the bathroom, cracked tiles in the kitchen, and just generally tired apartments. The heating in the apartment was very inefficient, and took 3 reports to reception to finally get it to heat to a reasonable level. The housekeeping was ok, but on one day we didn’t receive any coffee or bathroom amenities and a broken drawer below the oven was just left out rather than being reported. The sauna isn’t reliably hot, and the hot tub needs a refresh with missing tiles and scum lines. On the whole the staff were pleasant apart from one member of the reception staff who went to the lengths of smelling peoples water bottles in the hot tub to try and detect alcohol. This is frankly ridiculous. This was our second visit to Hidden Ridge. The first we were wowed by the friendliness of the staff, the hot tub, and adequate apartments. This time we were left disappointed with most areas.

Amazing hidden gem of a resort. Casual, not fancy but perfect with kitchens and fireplaces. Downstairs rooms get a bit noisy from rooms above. Request rooms closer to lobby so the run back from the hot tub isn't so cold!

My friends and I decided to go to Banff for a two nights stay. We don't regret staying at this place. They have a nice location which is close to down town. Services is nice. Staffs are awesome. Rooms are awesome.
