Stayed here recently and thought it was a solid choice for the price. The staff were super friendly, and the location is great. That said, the kitchen was barely usable, there was no storage for a suitcase, and the TVs were tiny. The one heated spa was disappointing—no view and blocked by fake rocks.nnOverall, not perfect, but decent value compared to other hotels in the area.

This location worked out great for a company Christmas party. The outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna area was great. The bus pass and frequent pick up times were very handy. And rooms were clean and comfortable. The front door didn’t close very well and thus let a lot of cold air in. But overall a very positive experience.

Loved this lodging experience. The rooms could use a tiny refresh but they were clean and the staff was very accommodating. The location was amazing with a Roam Bus stop right on the property. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in the unit with the loft. Loved waking up and seeing the mountains. The double hot tub views were amazing after a day of hiking. Didn't mind at all that it was bit from town...loved the serenity of the location! Would definitely stay again!

Place has amazing views of the mountains, good amenities, good staff. We didn't like the pillows as they were too thick and had to sleep without them.nOne pipe noise during the night clicking in the wall was disturbing our sleep.nWe enjoyed so much the heated pool.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. Was lovely and quiet. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the hot tubs and sauna area. Very well kept common areas. Comfortable beds and accommodations lots of room in our unit for my whole family. Kids loved the basement games room in our unit. Caught the bus right our front and was in downtown Banff in 5 minutes. Lots of wildlife too.nWould love to return.
