Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa

Great place to stay. This is a beautiful hotel. We spent here a couple days last winter. We had a nice, romantic room with beautiful mountain view. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is a must see and try. It looks very cool and it's a hot jet tub so it's relaxing. The price for this hotel is affordable and worth it. And the location is good. If you want you can just leave leave your car and walk in to the downtown because it's only few minutes. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Great facilities! The rooms are a good size and there is a restaurant and spa in the hotel. The spa includes a heated pool for all guests that's good for a soak after a long day of skiing. Plus it's one of the first stops on the shuttle. Highly recommend.

Good clean place to stay. Reasonably good room service, good foyer, plenty of parking. However they need a friendlier person at their front desk after hours, when I got there at 2am to check in he was grumpy and looked like he didn't want to be there. Day time staff is good. Hotel is slightly expensive too. However would stay again if needed.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere here is really quite nice. The Keg is attached so you can have a really nice supper if you want. The hot pool is huge and is nice to go to after a long day (especially after doing something active). I have stayed here for a number of trips I have had to Banff and would again. Only problem is no breakfast although there is coffee downstairs in the lobby.

We came here to liaise with Enterprise rental. We stayed at the Elk & Avenue which was good. The lobby here is quite cool and reflects the tourist idea of the locality. I would be keen to try out this hotel next time we happen to swing by Banff.
