I love the location of this resort. Unfortunately the online pictures did not match the condo we received, it was still a cute condo and we were able to make our own breakfast daily but my issue was the walls are so thin. All night we listened to the baby's cry next door or the upstairs neighbour stomp around. We only got around 4 hours of sleep a night staying here. Very cute area and great to visit with friends but we won't be back to this hotel

We arrived to the resort and the room was filthy. There was black mold in the showers, hair covering the floors, and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There is no attention to detail as there is grime build-up under the taps, and dust in all the fixtures and on most surfaces.
Housekeeping services are only available to time-share customers on Wednesday with close to no flexibility. If you prefer a different day, it's like pulling teeth to get service and no ETA can be promised, unless the manager is called personally. It's frustrating to know that even if you are a customer with reasonable standards, you will be disappointed.
Overall, the facilities are rundown and poorly maintained. Visitors come to Banff from all around the world and this is not a fair representation of Canada and how beautiful it can be.

We truly enjoyed this resort. We stayed for 2 nights last week (2 adults, a 7 year old and our dog). We loved out one bedroom wolf condo with beautiful little kitchenette and a fireplace. You have to buy firewood at the reception ($7 per bundle that lasts for about one evening) but they deliver it for you. Super easy to use. Reception was really helpful with a small issue we had and sorted it out straight away.

I agree with other guests that the pool area needs renovation but you can see they're working on it and it was still really pleasant to use the indoor and outdoor hot tub as well as the pool.

If you're staying at the newly renovated wolf condos you will for sure enjoy the experience. Our stay could not have been better!

For the past three years we have been staying here for our annual work retreat and it's great. Has a shuttle service that goes to downtown Banff until 11 p.m.; in house restaurant; pool and hot tub. Rooms are not the biggest but come with plates and everything needed if staying for a few nights.

Had a pleasant stay at the Rocky mountain resort. Our room was small, one bedroom and one pull out couch, with a small kitchen, bathroom and fireplace. Tight for any more than two people. The fireplace is nice after a good day on the mountain, and the kitchen is good for saving money on food. There's also a hot tub and a pool, squash courts and tennis courts, as well as a gym. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good budget hotel.
