Banff Voyager inn was lovely place to stay when we was in Banff!! Even the location was really far from the Main Street, it was walkable like 20minutes Room was clean and amenities was so nice. Can feel cared about customers. Coffee machine and ice maker outside was good too. Breakfast was nice also. Really valuable so I wanna to later again

Place is dated, rooms pretty small, but clean. Breakfast was included and edible. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Liquor store right on premises. Equipment lockers are free, but located not very conveniently.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is lots on site, including a heated outdoor pool year round, hot tub, and sauna! The continental breakfast was great, with a good variety of offerings. Our room was nice and big and had a balcony and jacuzzi. Only gripes from me would be the price, although I think that's more of a Banff thing than anything (lots of places in Banff seem pricey) and the lack of parking spots. Otherwise would give 5/5 stars. Would recommend! The staff were very friendly and I appreciated the eco-friendly shower/bath products provided.

Very noisy, day and night. Couldn't figure out how to use the tap in the sink and the shower at first (pull out to for water and turn knob for water temperature change.) Rooms are a little small. Overpriced (according to room quality.) But offers free Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, and a pool. The parking lot is really tight for large vehicles. It has no elevator to the second floor (most of the rooms are on the second floor.) Free breakfast is actually good. Cleanliness should be improved. PLEASE ADD AN ELEVATOR!!! IT'S SO TIRING TO CLIMB THOSE STAIRS!!!!! 3 stars because free breakfast was actually good (surprisingly.)

Hotel is definitely older and needs updating but great value! Supper in the restaurant was fantastic... steak sandwich and fish and chips. Just excellent and lovely service!
