Not a bad hotel but the parking lot is a piece of garbage and believe it or not they charge $20 for it. Half of it unpaved. And to top it off it is totally unsecured except for one camera at the front . So yes we got broken into and lost our luggage and golf clubs and cooler.nNo one here cares either . I STRONGLY advise you not to stay here if you have a vehicle.nThe hotel was busy- what was the $20 for in this deplorable excuse of a parking lot?? I can tell u it should have been used to provide security- lighting, cameras or to hire security.nBut no it was used as a money grab. How many times has this happened- I’m sure we were not the first.nYou will be hearing from my lawyer.

The hotel was amazing i have been here 2 times in my life. The service is good they give free cookies, the price is amazing most of the time. The only bad thing is the tv. It's not a big deal though as it's still an amazing hotel for someone who is looking for a nice getaway to the falls and it has good accessibility to Cifton hill like 5m away.

Stayed one night with my family this hotel and can say it was great. Friendly staffs, clean and spacious room and decent breakfast we can say but what we liked most was the mattress. One of the most comfortable we have ever experienced in a long while and yes we had a real good sleep. Highly recommend.

The Staff and Service were wonderful, and very helpful when we needed to reduce our stay due to my Husband's dental emergency. The free Breakfast was good and a bonus and helped to save $, and the parking lot was perfect for our small RV, and $20 per day is one of the lower rates at hotels. You will certainly get your steps in every day. The Clifton Hill Wego Blue Stop is very close near casino, and if you navigate through the casino, get to lowest level then exit near Hard Rock, and go through Secret Garden, you can get to the Green Wego stops. Wish the hotel sold Wego tickets...it was quite the journey to get them try Niagaraparks.com/wego before you go, but we felt safe walking everywhere. Was happy our room had a frig, and if you don't have a microwave in your room there is one in the lobby. The only downside for us were the beds are too hard... having memory foam toppers would be a true value-add for this hotel.

I have stayed here many times and always loved the location for its proximity to Clifton Hill and the falls. The breakfast is still decent but the overall experience has deteriorated since the change in ownership. There are no longer microwaves in all rooms. The rooms are only serviced on the third day so you have to make your own bed, and get towels and toiletries from the front desk. This time I arrived late at night, after a 12 hour drive to be greeted by a sign saying the water was going to be shut off the next day which meant I could not sleep in. The towel in my room was shredded. I attempted to take my kids to the pool the next day. The hot tub has been removed and the pool was cloudy. We asked the front desk how often the water quality is checked and they did not know. This place is not what it used to be. I won't be staying here again.
