White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa

This is a very nice place to stay if you’re going to visit Niagara Falls, wineries or historic old town. Everything is less than 10 miles away. The rooms were clean, service was good, check and check out, was efficient and parking was readily available. The doormen at White Oaks were extremely helpful because we never did see the concierge. They have espresso in the rooms where I would prefer regular coffee. We didn’t use the pool, but it seems very nice. Breakfast is not included in your stay so I would suggest more casual food available for breakfast lunch and dinner. If you don’t choose room service, they give you a five dollar coupon to use a check out or at any of the restaurants. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I would definitely stay there again.

I had recently been able to enjoy a wedding at the white oaks resort and I must say that from the decor to the food everything was fabulous. The wedding decor was so beautifully done , food was amazing, and the wedding was very well planned out and executed by I believe a wedding planner provided by white oaks. The meal service was great , Ben & Olivia were both accommodating during the whole meal time service making sure we had everything we needed during this time. Both being very friendly and professional while doing so. I must say that throughout the resort everyone who worked there were warm and inviting right from the moment we walked in the main doors. The front doormen received us well , and helped us in the right direction. The staff in the halls were friendly and smiley and overall we enjoyed celebrating at white oaks .nFor reference we were there on August 31st.

Had an overall great stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself looks nice and the rooms are spacious and modern stayed at the south tower. The only thing was that my room wasn't very clean. Perhaps I have an impeccable eye for cleanliness, but I saw that the bedding linens had stains on them, the floors were a little dirty and the toilet - it wasn't cleaned well. It made me a little uncomfortable staying there because of that. I chose this place based on the reviews on cleanliness. But if you have high expectations for cleanliness, I don't think you would find this place very clean as others have stated. For the price, I wouldn't expect to be finding stains on the sheets. It just made me very uncomfortable sleeping because of that. However, I am hopeful that they would make improvements on this because it seems like they care about how guests stays are and looking for ways to improve for the future.

Extremely happy with our stay at White Oaks! The staff at this resort was the best. Genuinely friendly and helpful making sure our stay was the best it could be. The entire resort was spotlessly clean and the amenities are excellent. The spa was wonderful and the food was delicious. It is close to many of the Fall's major attractions and right across the street from outlet shopping. All of this for a price that was very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. It is well located - not a very nice setting in busy roads, but close to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls, so not an issue.nnWe came with our two children and the room with two double beds was more than large enough, and very well appointed. We had dinner at the Play restaurant - the food was decent, and not too overpriced. The pool is great, albeit quite small and shallow - perfect for kids! The fitness suite is very large and has loads of facilities. And the staff are super welcoming and friendly. We had such a brilliant time, would highly recommend.
