We had an amazing experience at the Radisson, we spent 4 nights for our honeymoon. Views can vary depending on the room selected, we chose the prime view. The hotel isn't new so the room was a little bit dated but it was clean which I find more important. The rooms with this view are at the end of the hallway so guaranteed to be quiet as well. The staff was extremely nice and always with a smile. One nice perk is that you will get a text once you check in and you can text the front desk should you require anything like extra towels or pillows.nOverall we had an amazing experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Fallsview Radisson Hotel in Ontario, Canada, was absolutely fantastic! The highlight was the stunning view of Horseshoe Falls right from our room—waking up to that incredible sight every morning was unforgettable. The large windows allowed us to take in the breathtaking scenery, day and night.nnThe service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. While parking is paid, there are convenient options available, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the falls and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and, of course, those unbeatable falls views!

Loved this hotel! The staff was AMAZING! Front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful. Outstanding staff members are: Ken, Henry, Sam, and Jeremiah! They will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for you!nnWhy am I giving a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars? No COFFEE in the lobby. The small coffee maker in the room is just inadequate for early risers. I don't think it's putting choice or Radisson out to have an air pot of regular, decaf, and hot water for guests in the lobby. I find it totally outrageous that they can't provide such an easy fix. Every other choice hotel we have stayed in has coffee air pots in the lobby. Fix this!nnAgain, amazing people and staff. Wonderful views as well. Thanks

The people at this hotel were accommodating for what they were given. I paid for a room with a view of the falls, the picture says it all, my main view was of their roof, the Marriott in front of this hotel, and a little of the river.nnDue to the hotel in front of this one, they have limited availability for view of the falls rooms.nnThe service people were nice, but I couldn't talk to any manager because they only had a manager in charge.nnThey couldn't do anything about how much I paid for the room since it was booked through a 3rd party.nnThey confirmed they had falls view rooms were the guests were not checked in yet, but were were there and they decided to give us the bad room, no matter what, someone would not have been happy.nnAdditionally, the first room they have us which was a little closer to the falls, but still a river room has wet floors due to a toilet leak from the tank.nnI might be able to recommend this hotel if they were just honest of what was available.nnThe best they could do from the manager in charge was comp the parking.

The room I booked was for the King size Fallsview and it was really nice! Waking up to the Niagara Falls was refreshing and we really liked the view. Staff were really nice and friendly. Parking was not the best. We couldn’t park in the parking lot and had to park in the overflow lot which got really confusing and pretty pricy 30 dollars per night to then have to walk back to the hotel and/or other attractions.
