Great location, near lots of activities and food. The rooms were cozy and clean, I would stay there again. I can't say much for service or staff because I didn't use or have any interactions and any of them. But as I said before, I'd definitely stay there again

We were upgraded to a suite with full kitchen and 2 queen beds. Room was nice but dishes were kind of dirty and windows had dust and streaks on them. Also, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it when we first arrived. The desk service was fantastic, we all had fun in the arcade. We were going to take advantage of Sunday's bowling special of $25 for an hour and a half of all you can bowl, but there was league play until 1pm so no lanes were available.

Service was great, restaurant and accommodations were awesome. Slightly disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed the evening we stayed, but it didn't take away from the experience too much. I'd definitely come back to stay again!

Went to a community event. It was well laid out and organized. Cafe food was good but the wait was long, because they only had one staff behind the counter

Great team at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, and the process of check in and check out were fast. 

Had an issue at the house where insurance checked me, my wife, son, and two big dogs in while we were also trying to attend a wedding. They were super understanding that the situation was non-typical and set us up easy without stress to help ease our already painful evening.
