This was our 3rd time staying here! We always get the great services. The staffs very friendly & engaging. The Restaurant Manager was exceptionally friendly & very helpful, She answered all my Concerned & questions professionally. The server name Cristina was so friendly & She always makes sure every one of us meets our need at the table like serving coffee & juices for everyone. Exceptional service! Way to go Cristina!!!
I’m staying at the Hilton Inn in Niagara-on-the-Lake for two nights over New Year’s with my family, and it’s been a great experience so far. I came here since it is one of the very few pet-friendly hilton hotels in the area, but we're enjoying our stay. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The on-site restaurant has good options, and the amenities are overall well-maintained, aside from a few minor issues. It's also very close to a shopping mall. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing visit.
The best thing about having my wedding here was Nancy Burkholder and her staff. They are happy pros who like their job. Helpful and quick on any questions. Have the wedding, reception and staying in one place was something we and our guests really liked. I recommend having a wedding, event or just staying over. Thanks for the perfect wedding
As a Hilton honors member I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times.nOne thing to note after my most recent visit is not to expect 100% cleanliness. First room, had stains all over the curtains and window. Went to front desk to switch rooms, spoke to the front desk supervisor. Our room was on the first level. We requested another room on the first level and were told that “ they try to reserve the first level for guests with pets” and were switched to second floor.. also front desk manager did not connect our info to the new room and we had no WiFi, might also be why housekeeper walked in probably had no was of knowing we were in there.. The second room and a stain on the one bed, sticky red mark on the phone phone that did not work & the ac/heating looked in rough/bad condition.nSecond thing to note, I recommend bolt locking the door, I’ve had house keeping walk in on 2 separate stays most recently hours before check out…nThis location has the potential to be great, i believe a good amount of the staff just need to really improve their their customer service and the cleanliness of course. They don’t go above and beyond. If theirs any issues or complaints they do the bare minimum.
I stayed there recently for a business trip! I had a wonderful experience with my stay and also had my mom there for her birthday. Foziye was so delightful making us our breakfast. She made amazing food and was very welcoming. She made us feel at home. We plan on coming back and hoping to see her! Thank you Hilton Team!
