I stayed at this hotel last weekend for one night along with my family. Since we were five adults we were given a suite with bedroom having two queen beds and a living room having one huge sofa cum bed. In addition it had a huge luxurious bathroom and a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. We found this place too comfortable to stay at. The rooms were clean and very well decorated. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional with a unique menu. Ample car parking and perfect peaceful location. I would say "Seeing is believing". I am happy that I choose to stay here.

We loved our stay! Staff was warm and welcoming, the room was huge and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options. Our comforter was rather thing but we used the extra blanket and we're warm enough. The bed was comfy and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Worst sleep I've had in a hotel that I can remember. The ground floor unit ceilings creak louder than any hotel I've stayed at. Utilities noise is excessive as well. Wasn't even asked how my stay was at check out so I lowered my rating from 3/5 to 2/5. Hotel was fine otherwise. If you stay here try to get a room on the top floor. Otherwise... there was a sign in my hotel room that if you're a light sleeper you can get ear plugs from the front desk. Therefore I'm pretty sure my experience is common.

Visited here for only one night on short notice but the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room had many amenities like a small kitchenette, a pull out couch, and two TVs. Most importantly, everything was very clean. The room came with complimentary breakfast which won't put any restaurants to shame but there were a lot of options and all of the options that I tried were halfway decent. Certainly better than some other hotels' breakfast.

We had a great weekend at the Best Western Plus Rose City Suites in Welland. We stayed here with our daughter's basketball team. It was very convenient for our family to have a full fridge and oven in our room - we were able to eat healthy all weekend! The hot breakfast was very good. Our team rented the Canal Room Saturday night for a team dinner. This was a great space for the girls and parents to spend time together. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Welland area. Thank you Best Western!
